We could not be happier with the job that Avery & Tim did in removing our old oil boiler and installing a new heat pump water tank! From the day we called, up to installation day, everybody was professional and thourough. And, the entire process did not take long at all which is amazing in this day and age!

I had a plumbing and heating emergency. I called Paquette Plumbing and they immediately sent a technician. This was so much appreciated because it was 4:30 p.m.! They secured the area and addressed both issues the following day. Upon arrival, I was reassured that he wouldn't leave until I had hot water and heat. He was professional, courteous and explained what went wrong and how he fixed the problems. Great customer service is hard to come by these days; however, Paquette Plumbing not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Paquette Plumbing.

Update 7/13/23: I have had some plumbing issues recently and was taken care of immediately considering how hard it is for employers right now! Appreciated all from original phone calls, return calls(especially the one that saved me a bunch of money on the coldest day we had last year), prompt employees who explained what needed to be done, and easy to understand invoices. Installed a combination boiler for me. Am very happy with the work. The only downside is that estimates and billing need better explanations. I found them a bit confusing and felt I made a pain in the butt of myself wanting explanations.

This past weekend when the temperatures dipped into the -20 range I had a new rental group call me with a burst heating pipe in the bedroom above the kitchen. This was the perfect storm with it being late in the day approaching the holiday weekend, the local hotels were booked solid and the house was uninhabitable for the group that just arrived after a 5-hour drive from NYC. Paquette Plumbing immediately called me back and their team worked overtime to identify the issue, suggest an antifreeze option to avoid this in the future and execute the fix.

Always available, and on time!

Came to do an estimate. Told me I’d hear back in a few days, 3 months went by before I heard anything.
They came, didn’t finish the job because they needed another part, and told me I had to call to reschedule. I do this, and weeks go by with the secretary telling me “I have to talk to the guys, I’ll call you right back”. I had to call 3 or 4 times before she remembered to actually call me back. They still haven’t finished the job .. but don’t worry they remembered to mail me the bill!
