The crew is very knowledgeable. We had a great shopping experience there and got all of our questions answered. They delivered our dishwasher right on time with no problems whatsoever. They blue crew helped us install it and works great now. I would highly recommend this sears. THANK YOU

Considering the going out of business that has been spoken about I decided to peep this store location for some deals. They were there to be found no doubt in Jan. 2019. Well organized store with very helpful smiling associates speaking and helping find various items. Curtains marked down to exceptional prices. shoes and boots have amazing deals as well. Get in before the deals are gone or company is saved. Worth the trip for great savings. Hope this helps.

Mind you, I was very demanding. I found a great price on an eight amp Craftsman sander. I drove all the way from Philadelphia to purchase it. Dragged a friend of mine, who was looking to buy a table saw, which he did, and we both agree Craftsman is one of the best brands out there. While the store inventory still said there were two brand-new boxes they were not to be found.
Since I also worked at a Sears around 15 years ago, I remember this meaning that they were lost, or someone was smart enough to sneak them away out of the store. After using my day off on such a long drive, I was very pushy that I wanted to buy the floor model at that price, and the manager "C" relented and let me purchase the only one there, a sales woman let me plug it in and check to make sure it worked at the register.
I know working retail on Labor Day to be a big pain in the butt. I wanted to say a sincere thank you, and let people know, that from someone who knows the quality of the equipment, and how tough the job is, that this Sears is the best when I know.

Best service for appliances. Such knowledgeable guys on staff Bob and Mike. They got us the right items for our needs. We will be back to Concordville. Sears you have some good folks there pleased to use the store there. Thanks for keeping it.

the store was clean they had handicap accessibility the employee that assisted me with purchasing my washer was excellent very detailed and organized educated me with a lot of things that I needed to know about my purchase as well as my machine so happy to be a part of the Sears services

Nice store, great variety, well trained staff. Very clean, plenty of parking. Good quality and never a problem if something needs to be returned.

I love this store. It quite under rated as the staff is kind and they have wonderful sales. Conveniently located off of 202 at the Concord Mall in Delaware

I will always love this.institution of shopping. Why Walmart does better is beyond me since Sears still has the more quality cloths. Sears has the class.

I just went to the Hallmark store in Concord Mall in Delaware n bought some Christmas things n as always it's awesome.the ladies working here are Awesome n being a Vietnam veteran I get a discount.

A nice Sears with easy parking and a friendly staff at the Land's End counter. I hope, as a company, they can once again regroup and manage to stay afloat.

Sad to hear they are closing in the spring. They had great deals on many different items (loved the sporting goods) and staff was surprisingly nice.

I finally got my long overdue fridge!! Kenmore "Grab & Go". Good size & great door feature.

Found the best deal on a new dryer and a new garage door opener. Very good customer service when I went to pick the items up.

Sears has great prices and great apparel plus shoes for everyone. Their appliances and electronics are great too.

I had to return the wrong tractor blades for the correct ones. Didn't have any problems and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

They had great tires with a great price and super fast service. Gotta love it.
