We had the best experience booking our trip through Keys to the Castle! Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly responsive and detail oriented. She helped us decide between several resorts, finding the one that worked best for our family. She even helped us pivot when we realized the skyliner would be down during our stay. She recommended a Royal Guest Suite at Port Orleans, which our princess loving toddler was in awe over! My family and I had a great time at Disney World. Melissa planned everything so well. We had a day in each park with Melissa’s advice we were able to do all that we wanted. Melissa reserved terrific restaurants to eat at and at times where we were able to watch the fireworks while we had dinner. We were a party of 8 and I had no idea how to arrange this trip one of my daughters had used Melissa on her trips and told me to call her. In just a few days she had everything planned. Nothing was a problem even when I had to make a couple of last minute changes. Will definitely use Melissa when we travel again. Thank you again Melissa!!

We are so thankful that Conor assisted us in planning our trip to Disney! He did a great job of asking what we wanted, making recommendations, and explaining pros and cons of things. His expertise was invaluable! He was so patient sharing his knowledge and re-explaining as needed, as we had different questions from different members of our party. He was also very responsive. While we didn't get back to him very timely, he ALWAYS got back to us very quickly. I would strongly recommend him for others, and look forward to working with him again!

Chris Oakes is THE MAN. I have used Chris now for two Disney World vacations and he is simply second to none. Our first trip of 20 PEOPLE was so seamless and smooth. Our Wilderness Lodge accommodations were beautiful and conveniently located near one another. His videos to help navigate the theme parks were priceless (and I’m pretty seasoned). My second trip was UNBELIEVABLY SPECIAL! A last minute booking, Chris found us a room and had me the deposit link in minutes. Once we realized the pool was under construction, he was able to book me at the Beach Club. Well, when we arrived we had been upgraded to a 2 bed/2 bath suite with CLUB LEVEL ACCESS! Our few days there were amazing! Chris was available to us even in this very short and very last minute trip. He is THE BEST there is!

I had a great experience with Ryan and Courtney out of Duxbury, Massachusetts. They helped to plan a large family vacation (3 generations of us!) to Disney in February, 2023. With Courtney and Ryan's help, I didn't have to think about anything - they even arranged transportation to and from the airport! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I would definitely hire them again for future Disney vacations!

Courtney and Ryan Viveiros planned our 17 person family vacation to WDW. The 17 people included my three daughters and my daughter in law and their respective nuclear families. Ages ranged from 69 to 3 years old! Courtney and Ryan did a remarkable job by planning a wonderful vacation that pleased all 17 of us ! We had activities together, as well as family alone time. They even arranged our 4 rooms at Old Key West so that we were all in the same building. Courtney and Ryan planned our perfect vacation, they even arranged for electric scooters for two of the elderly in our group! They are definitely our go to people for planning all of our travel. Thanks to Courtney’s and Ryan’s attention to detail, all 17 of us had a fun filled and enjoyable trip.

Melissa did a masterful job working with Disney and booking our annual Christmas trip. She even intervened on our behalf as our flights were changed and we would have missed our first night dining option in Epcot. Melissa, worked with WDW dining and was able to get all 12 of us seated at a later ti e, and together!

We've used Keys to Castle for multiple trips to Disney & Universal both in Florida and California, a Disney Cruise, and an incredible stay in space on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser. I highly recommend using them to help plan your next trip. Kelsey H. specifically has been a great resource. She will make sure you have everything you need so you'll have less stress while planning and can focus on just enjoying your vacation!

During a recent trip to the beach my husband and I decided to do a day trip to Disney. Kelsey helped me plan everything. We wanted to get as much packed into one day as possible and she helped us formulate a plan, times we needed to be at the park/park hopper times, made us reservations. Without her help we’d have been completely overwhelmed. Highly suggest using Kelsey with Keys to the Castle to help plan. She makes it seamless!

We were clueless about how to navigate Disney and Melissa was so helpful in answering our many questions! I had several calls with her and she also helped me via text, both before and during our trip. She was super available to us and gave great advice!

Courtney and Ryan are gucci, periodt. They planned a trip for like 18 of us to go to Disney. We are lowkey horrible at agreeing on plans and making it work, but Courtney and Ryan were a vibe and made it happen. They planned our rooms, meals, genie+, flights, basically even told me how many underwear to pack (facts) (bring more than you think- also facts). Loved working with them and you will too!

Keys to the Castle Travel is great, Jenn was our agent and from start to finish she was simply amazing! This was our first family trip to Disney and we could not have done it or had such an incredible experience EVERY DAY without Jenn! She is super knowledgeable with everything Disney, always available whenever we needed her even during the trip, very friendly and has so many tips/tricks to make the vacation memorable. When it is time to go back we will definitely use Jenn's services again and highly recommend her for your next trip!

I can personally attest that if you're looking for a travel agent who truly listens, can adjust plans on the fly, and creates experiences that stay with you, Samantha Katcher is your girl. Here's why:
First, Samantha knows how to tune into what you want. For my 40th birthday dream trip to Africa, she patiently heard what I wanted and sketched out an itinerary based solely on what I wanted to see and do (and making suggestions only where I was open to it). She also kept me in my budget.
Second, she's an expert at responding to travel hiccups. When our intended course got jumbled, she swiftly rerouted us from Egypt to South Africa and Victoria Falls. Surprise: these became the highlight of my trip! I still really appreciate how flexible she was during that change.
Third, Samantha gets accommodation. She picked hotels that were just right: cozy and stylish, but not showy or wallet-emptying. I will remember these hotels forever.
Lastly, the tours she planned were unique. Not just any old sightseeing - these were bucket-list worthy experiences. We really didn't know quite what to expect but Samantha gave us the perfect experiences.
My husband's verdict? He's never travelling without Samantha again. Neither will I 🙂
