Rite Aid

I have to disagree with the low ratings for the Havertown Rite Aid. As a newer customer with a serious illness I have found the pharmacy staff to be professional and totally helpful. Oscar is super caring and you can tell he takes care. I would say the store overall looks a little dreary but the people are terrific.

I love my Rite Aid store, I had to use CVS because of my insurance, but now that I'm 65 I can go back to Rite Aid. I never want to go back to cvs, they never automatically refill my medicine I always had to call them even when I asked them to.

The young man CJ was a great help. Very nice sweet young man. I will be a return customer.

Excellent service and staff

The shift leader Becky was extremely rude and wouldn’t cash my WU after she entered the transaction in the register. I offered that I can pick up the money later today or tomorrow if that’s better. I also offered that I can purchase product to offset the cash payout but she refused and threatened to call the police. So, I called the police myself. There were police officers there trying who understood the situation way faster than Becky. If you are not willing to employ common sense, you shouldn’t be in a management position.

It's getting worse and worse. The employees are lacking communication skills. Saying the medication refill will take an hour, just to come back a few hours later and the medications still not ready. Then denying any giving information regarding time.
They're rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.
Rite aid pharmacy used to run much better for years
Untill this year when they replaced good people who worked there with people who don't really care.

Their computer system is so glitched out that when I tried to make a purchase my bank did even receive a data request on my card, let alone process it. They need IT in there badly, but nooo.

The ‘Pharmacist’ I spoke to (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was combative, rude, and intentionally disrespectful as soon as the phone was transferred to her line. I cannot believe I was speaking to a medical professional. Not only was she condescending she also lied on a misunderstanding concerning my insurance (causing me to pay out of pocket). According to my insurance company, this situation could’ve been solved during the phone call instead her pride got in the way of her job. I had to call back later and ask to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. 0 stars.

RUDE PHARMACIST!!! The head pharmacist...didn't get her name. Indian lady...I will get her name. Rude and uncaring as can be. They need a new staff!!!!!!!

Pharmacy is great if you don't like getting your medicine when you need it.
