Richard replaced a toilet for me. He was very cordial and efficient. He removed the old toilet, as well as all the packaging materials from the new one. He provided the necessary materials to complete the job. He already had what was needed on his truck. I also got several estimates for some other projects from him and I definitely plan on using him again. I highly recommend him, he’s good people!

Jay’s Plumbing deserves 10 stars and more!! I had a sewage leak in my basement, which they quickly and accurately determined to be coming from an issue with the sewer line outside. Rich and his team came early the next day and efficiently determined the issue and repaired it quickly. I was beyond impressed with their skill, knowledge and professionalism. Jay’s Plumbing is amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!!

I googled plumbing and found Jay’s Plumbing! I read the reviews and prayed and decided to give him a try! Soooo happy I did! I ended up with another leak in my basement bathroom and I was overwhelmed about it. Called Jay he came the same day! Wow! He explained the entire process. Replaced the handle at no extra charge! You know how it is when calling someone for help and you wait and wait. Then they never show up or call. Richard came out and identified there was a separated pipe below the house in a crawl space. Richard quickly fixed the problem. His service was prompt and safe. He did a great job. A five star rating isn't good enough for this guy! Had an urgent situation come up at my rental property where I needed a new main entrance gas line installed ASAP because 2 apartments were without heat and hot water. Others were telling me it would be at least 2 weeks but Rich promised he would have things up and running within a couple days and he did just that!!! He and his helper worked out in the cold and rain until after midnight to get the job completed. I was kept informed and updated throughout the process and price was very reasonable. Good experience in every aspect...reliable, skilled, reasonable with excellent work ethic that is hard to come by anymore!!!

Had a leaking water valve at the meter. Richard was very quick and efficient in replacing and adding an extra shut off after the meter for me. Quality and value with this company. I would recommend Richard for anything he can do. Will be in touch again for anything I need. Thank you again.

I needed a DOT certified plumber to work on a gas line. He does good work at a low price, which saved a lot of time and money. Richard is definitely the first person I'll call for another job.

This is an excellent company called them at 11:00am he came and look at our problem ,pipes and faucet ,told us he could do it today if we got the faucet got it and he completed it and was great on his prices. Thank you Jays Plumbing!!!!

If you want to go with a company whose owner preys on his female clients, makes a million excuses as to why he can't work, and just sucks in general as a plumber, then by all means, choose Jay's Plumbing. This guy is BEYOND unprofessional in every way imaginable.
