Rum Runners

Came here for a quick bite in the afternoon and was not disappointed. Seated right by the water and had great food. We loved the mozzarella sticks. Would absolutely come here again for a casual and relaxed time.

This is a super casual spot that actually makes a fine effort at vegetarian fare. We had salads and the portobello sandwich. Let me just say: add a bit of mayo, a bit of BBQ sauce, and that portobello sandwich was a delicacy. The salad was simple but large. The seating is water front with fantastic views, and the service was fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We came inside it was too cold & windy outside. We chose where we wanted to sit, the waitress came right over took our order. Before long she was back with our drinks & shortly there after our food. She checked on us often to make sure all was good.
The food was excellent & service was awesome.the prise was very reasonable too...

Came here by boat and had a spot to dock. There’s a nice outside bar and plenty of seating. They had live music too which was enjoyable! We had the crispy shrimp and the fried fish sandwich (picture). It was all very good and the tartar sauce was great on it too. We had some drinks which were strong but no complaints about that. Can’t wait to be back!

Excellent.... Food was very good. My son in law had the perch sandwich and said it was the best he has ever had. Will highly recommend. Entertainment was a plus out on the beautiful patio. The pirate ship that came to the patio was awesome...they had a squirt gun battle and entertained all the guest on the patio. Very good time. Thank you for a great time.

We had a great time. There was a live band (gypsy heart) they were awesome. Sat and watched the sunset on the waterfront

Fist time here and we loved everything about this place. The view, to the food, to the amazing staff made our visit spectacular. Highly recommend if you are reading this wanting to try it out!!!

Stopped for the fried pretzel❤ Server was very friendly and happy of our understanding it would be a bit of a wait. Please be kind to your servers if for nothing else but the fact they show up! It's a shame they have to post signs. Everyone is doing their best being understaffed.

Great Greek dogs and fries! Good perch and chips. The rum runners were okay, mostly ice. Since it wasn't that hot today, we drank up all the alcohol and had a lot of ice left. They tasted okay though.

Always a great spot. We just stopped for a drink and sat on the patio by the bay. The Skallywag came by and we got to participate in the show.

You can choose where you sit, inside or outside on the patio where you can watch the action on the lake. Many different options from sandwiches, burgers, salads, apps, and seafood there is something for everyone. I had the Lake Perch & Chips which came with a plethora of fries, two battered and fried pieces of perch and some slaw. It was a great meal with excellent service from the waitstaff. If I had a complaint at all, it would be the amount of fries to perch ratio. I’d take another perch and half the fries, I’m clearly nitpicking at this point.

The name speaks for itself!! Best place to get a frozen rum runner!! We had some appetizers, which were good (pretzels and mozzarella sticks) . The menu is kind of limited, but I didn't go there for the food. The outdoor seating area is very nice at the Bayfront. And you may even be entertained by The Scallywag pirate ship if you're lucky! Great place to meet up with friends!

Waterfront view of the lake from the patio and delicious food makes it a lovely summer evening! Very friendly staff and a great place to visit the local eatery!

The bartenders were very nice and friendly. There wasn't a lot of people and it was a laid back friendly atmosphere. Service was quick. The 2 guys checking I'Ds at the door thought the person I was with was already intoxicated, because they hadn't slept and it was an hour drive from where we live so they would only serve them water at first. Once they seen they weren't intoxicated they let them drink. They care about their customers safety.

Cool Adirondacks on the water, short list of drinks but full bar so if you know what you want they'll make it. Great view of the bay.

First time we had lunch there. The Seafood basket was excellent. Also the Rum Runner's and the passion colada drink was very good and refreshing. The waitress Katrina was very attentive, helpful a friendly. Highly recommend for a visit at the Rum Runner's.

Hidden gem! Worth the search. Loved this place so much, we went back the next night for dinner, too. Got the coconut shrimp both nights with the pineapple sauce. Delicious! Friendly staff, quick service.

Was here 2 days in a row during my presque isle vacation. The atmosphere is awesome. Barmaids friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Would go back.

I was in Erie for 2 nights so I stopped in to try a Rum Runner, I came back a 2nd and 3rd time because of Andria's excellent/friendly service. Andria was even helpful enough to suggest somewhere for me to checkout while I was in town (Hagen History Center), which I really enjoyed.
Atmosphere downgraded 1 star because of the many spiders hanging above the bar, but Andria was working hard to take care of those.
