Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erie, PA

We came here after our experience at splash lagoon as a part of the package deal. Very clean, employees were super nice and accommodating and even helped me out when I accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of one. Usually you have to fuss and fight over it but they easily and simply refunded me for the extra room. Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it!

I arrived on a cold day after a long journey. I had flown overnight on a red eye from California to Charlotte, then to Buffalo, then got a car and drove to Erie to see a loved one in the hospital.

When I arrived and checked in, the warm cozy lobby with fireplace and good coffee was exactly the welcome I needed. The room was nice and well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were also a great touch. This hotel really made my trip much better and I'm thankful to all the staff here for that. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in town.

Amazing customer service, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and clean. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a great employee who gets up early to prepare it and assist all the guest. Did not catch names. But was happy with all the staff’s attitudes and assistance.

Good value for the price. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The front staff was polite and accommodating. We decided to stay another night and they let us keep the same room and they gave us a good rate. There is an indoor pool but we didn't go in it. The breakfast room was busy but it was expected due to the day and time it was.

Very nice place, across street, easy to get to splash lagoon n back on 90 , clean ,nice size rooms, n a beautiful pool for when ur done with splash lagoon

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, staff of friendly and helpful. The elevator takes forever though. You’ll find yourself wishing you just took the stairs instead. Location is good too because a lot of places are within walking distance. Conveniently close to everything. Last but not least, check out is at noon instead of 11am so we appreciated that!

We stayed here for a trip to Splash Lagoon which is right across the street, and it was awesome. Nice clean hotel, free breakfast, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave and pool. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed one night and did the Splash Lagoon package. Kids age 9 and 10. We picked up our water park bands around 11:30, check in is not till 3 but you get your passes early to enjoy. Passes are also good for the whole day you check out as well. Water park is right across the road so great location for that, gas station, restaurants and more. Check in and check out was quick and easy. AMAZING hotel staff! Breakfast is included. Cereal, yogurt, fruit, breads, microwave breakfast sandwiches, sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffle makers and more. Room was clean, NO SMELL, and perfect temperature already set! We all very much enjoyed our stay.

We came here for the weekend to spend at Splash Lagoon. The location is perfect being just across the street. The rooms were clean and smoke free. What really prompted me to leave this review though was the customer service. One of our boys had an accident overnight and Chris and the rest of the staff acted quickly to clean the mattress, which they did a phenomenal job at cleaning. And the compassion they showed in our situation was greatly appreciated. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

This was an overnight stay for us while we visited the Lagoon Water Park.

We checked in, had our shower, and went to bed.

The next morning, we woke up and ate breakfast, which was good, and checked out.

We didn't really experience the place but our room was very clean and comfortable.

The folks at the front desk were professional, courteous, and nice.

Great front desk ppl, cleaning staff and nice free breakfast every morning. Room are comfortable - wifi. Has good download speeds and very nice indoor pool and hot tub..

It was a blast my finance , son and myself enjoyed our weekend there along with going to splash lagoon

We were given a joining rooms which is really helpful since I travel with small children. The breakfast was stocked and cleaned often. I have stayed here before so when we were traveling for basketball and cheerleading which both happen to be in Erie, so I had several friends book their stays here as well. They gave me the flexibility of a later checkout since I was running back-and-forth between two sports and didn’t have enough time to pack up before check out. Great job staff see you this time next year!

Clean Rooms and Bathrooms plus it’s right next to I90. This spot is almost half way off my trip to Albany from Cincinnati. I have stayed with them 4-5 times and will do again in future.

We had a great experience with this hotel. Room was clean and comfortable; indoor pool and hot tub were great for a rainy day; they said something like "expanded continental breakfast," but breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juices, etc. The fellow in charge of breakfast is super friendly and was a great smiling face to start the day. Thanks, y'all.

Took a short trip to Erie for a midweek trip. Country Inn and Suites is our new favorite place to stay. The day we arrived it rained and the indoor pool and hot tub was the perfect place to hang out. The location is perfectly located near tons of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was always clean and well stocked. The front desk was also helpful whenever we needed extra towels.

This place is amazing. The staff from the front desk to the house cleaning workers are so nice and helpful. Everything is so clean; the pool area is magnificent. Seriously I have stayed at way more expensive places and they were not nearly as nice or as clean. When you were walking down the halls the staff would say hello just very nice place. A lot of places around in walking distance. We have stayed twice and plan on staying more. The manager should be very proud of the staff he has, they are good workers and keep the place running smoothly, clean. Thanks.

I absolutely LOVE how you guys renovated and turned this into a country inn and suites! I used to work at the old one in 2006-2007! One of my favorite jobs was front desk @ Country Inns! Keep up the good work -love the new rooms!

Rooms were clean. Coffee is excellent. We needed to move to a handicap accessible room since my Dad had issues getting and out of the tub without grabrails. they were excellent in making sure we were comfortable. They offered to move our belongings for us. I cant say enough great things about Emily!
