Hard to deal with. AAA was easier

Called for help with plane tickets. Had to change flight date due to family emergency and owner was extremely rude. A one way ticket to La she booked for $635. Looking online I saw I could have gotten it for half that. In the end I requested a refund due to lack of communication and wanted to add another passenger. She refused to help told me to call the airline they charge $50 to take over from the travel agency. Spoke to the other owner who was just as rude. Apparently that little commission for billing an astronomical amount of money meant more to them than the satisfaction of their customer. I assumed that the trip would be handled completely and we were very wrong.

Worthless.

I planned a vacation for over 1 year, they messed it all up.
Their actions, and inactions, cost me allot in cancelation fees.

Office is gone.New owner. All business done over the phone.
