Dinner is Served Cafe

I have been buying Lisa's meals at the Erie Food Co-op, and they have changed my life! Number one, they are DELICIOUS!! Number two, I don't cook, so they are the only home cooked meals I get. I swear they're keeping me alive because otherwise I would only be eating pizza and pasta. I am so happy that Lisa has expanded into the Co-op and selfishly happy that I get to eat her amazing food! THANK YOU!!

I just moved back to Erie.. &Dinner is Served is a bright cafe type joint, with comfort food that is wonderfully wholesome and delicious! I ordered carry out and was told my wait time would be five minutes. I got there in ten and they were completely prepared with the freshest lunch I had all week! I ordered the curry chicken wrap and cordon blue soup, while my partner had the bacon egg and cheese bagel with a cup of broccoli cheddar. I had to keep my partner from diving right in to snag these photos but she got over it with that first bite! My food was divine, and I feel I felt lighter after eating it. That’s how you know it musta been made with love. Honestly and especially for the price .. I realize this is spot I really needed out of Erie. Thanks for the hands that went into my meal!

We were just thrown back at how tasteful and delightful the veggie tray was. She was amazing with her customer service, kindness, and professionalism. All was fresh and delicious. We will be using Lisa for our next event for sure! Thank you. Ree and Carmen.

I was searching for hot, catered vegan food for a small party. Dinner is Served was recommended. Chef Lisa was friendly, delivered and set everything up and the food was AMAZING. Everyone enjoyed it and that made the party a success as there were food options for everyone. I even called last minute with a need for supplies and she was so kind to bring those too. I cannot recommend Dinner is Served enough for all of your catering needs. Thank you for everything!!!

I ordered an Angus burger, it was so delicious! Well seasoned & cooked perfectly. The cookies were sooooo good. Lisa and her staff on duty were very friendly. I was happy to find this little gem close to my job.

Everything about Chef Lisa and her business is wonderful. I have always loved the meals I've ordered from her: for myself or a large catering order. Her prices are good, her meals avoid common allergens making them dietary friendly, and most of all her love and creativity emanates through her social media, her dishes, and her interactions inside her shop when you pick up. Chef Lisa is the best! <3

Chef Lisa is amazing and the food is delicious, don't squander a chance enjoy her wonderful meals...this is a hidden gem!

The food is fantastic. We had ordered enough cheeseburger soup for 3 meals. The wife loved it so much she finished in 2 meals and insisted I order more. The Cheeto crusted chicken was moist, and the pieces were big. Everything we have ordered has been delicious and Lisa and her helpers are always friendly

Had a team meeting and ordered lunch in, delivered so that we could productively maximize our time together. Not only was it affordable, it was warm and delicious and we didn’t skip a beat! Thanks Lisa & Gang for helping us to help others while helping ourselves with a nutritious lunch!

The food is always a treat, and its such a beautiful environment, the smiles and conversations alongside the food is amazing! Ive tried a couple of their wraps and some quinoa they served during porch fest and i fall in love with it every time!

Pros:
Smiling faces- you can tell that love is put in everything

Paintings- there is some beautiful local art displayed on the walls

Great food- ive tried a couple different foods and everything was delicious

Cons:
Ive noticed the times written down are sometimes off and they close early

Overall, if you have the time and want a great lunch on the go stop by you wont regret it

I love Chef Lisa’s big bad to-go meals! Delicious, well-portioned, and convenient. She offers a meat, fish, and vegetarian/vegan option every week, which means there’s something for everyone! “Dinner is Served, by Lisa” is one of my favorite food options in Erie. Thanks, Chef Lisa!

I ordered several meals and they were of nice sized portions and very delicious. I travel for work and I’m busy but I also live in Erie so I love that I can now have meals that are well balanced and nutritious prepared here. It’s one thing I love when I visit other cities that I’m glad to see Lisa does! I recommend!

Food is tasty, good quality, and reasonably priced. It's nice that the meals are labeled gluten-free, vegan, etc. Lisa is always polite, friendly, and accommodating. An acquaintance of mine told me that she has friends employed by the Dept. of Health that are regular customers here. Obviously that speaks volumes about the cleanliness, etc.

We have enjoyed Lisa's amazing chef skills, her fabulous food, her catering and her amazing and vibrant personality for many years now. She is genuine, skilled, creative, and the s loved by all who meet her! Lisa was recommended by Linda S, and I thank her so often!

I received a gift certificate and used it to try the mushroom, spinach, artichoke lasagna. It was delicious! I was so pleasantly surprised by the seasonings, the appearance, the flavor, and the portion size. And Lisa was a delight - such an upbeat personality. I wish her every success!

Sooooo good. Rode by on my bike Monday and the sign "cafe now open" caught my eye so I stopped in; looked around, talked with the staff and got an iced coffee. Today got lunch! And it was gooooooood. Started simple: roasted veggie wrap and tomato basil soup.... And it was soooooo good. If you're roasted veggie wrap, was that delicious? I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!!!! Super clean and super professional and a lot of fun to chew the fat with! Ha... Get it.... "Chew the fat" 🤦🏼‍♂ just get some lunch or dinner dinner stuff, you're gunna love it ❤

She is absolutely a beautiful soul. We loved it my patient absolutely LOVES her . its friendly the prices i cant brag enough about it. Lisa is absolutely wonderful
