We had a great time here. The room was clean and staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.

The breakfast was scrumptious and interactions with other guests pleasant.

I've never been in another hotel with this level of cheerfulness and welcoming.

Overall a five star hotel in my opinion

I had booked our room via the Chase portal at the last minute, nonrefundable. I then checked the reviews on Google maps and was concerned- yikes! However, our room on the 4th floor was extremely nice. They are currently in the process of renovating their 4th floor, so I'm guessing this room is one that has been completed.

Just an overnight stay while on tour but the rooms were nice. Plus the have pull-out couches if you need a little extra room. If not, there’s plenty of room for crafting on the road!

Great location if you’re in town for hockey at the sports park. Staff was extremely accommodating. Bill and Alexis even went out of their way locating a cell phone I left during my stay. Their diligence was very much appreciated on my end.

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious comfortable rooms that were very clean. Bed was fairly comfortable but not like home. My son was on a pull-out couch and had no complaints. The bathroom was more clean than most hotels. And the shower was a very relaxing experience! The kitchenette in the rooms was a nice touch with a 3/4 size, fridge, microwave, sink, even a dishwasher! Nice to have even if you don't use it. Breakfast was okay, we've stayed at other home2 and they had a larger variety for breakfast. Staff was all very pleasant and cooperative when needed. Hotel was fairly crowded yet very quiet. They even stressed being quiet at night with signs in the hallways after all the elevators, which was a nice little touch.

Myself and my wife stayed for approximately two months due to a fire at our residence. I find it appalling that people get on here and bash the hotel, it's staff and condition. We we're very pleased with our stay. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Anytime we asked to have a cleaning done or towels or anything it was done within a few hours at the most. Noise was never an issue and we were directly over the patio. You could plainly see there was work in progress so a little inconvenience wasn't a big deal. Overall a great place with great people. People should not put bad reviews in an effort to get a free stay. As I said very satisfied. Gary and Penny Davis

Location is great if you are looking for a good sleep and plenty of dining options! Staff was fantastic! VERY clean.
Unfortunately there were a group of soccer parents that turned our hallway into a drunken, boisterous party.

Stopped here unexpectedly when my daughter became gravely ill halfway between home and our destination in Indiana. Staff could not have been more helpful!

Loved it. Clean room, super friendly staff both at night when we checked in and in the morning. They did simple things that went the mile, like picking up after breakfast for this who didn't, helped with waffles, etc. Yes the shower soap/shampoo dispensers have this weird mechanism where they pop from if you push a little hard bit that's specific to the mechanism and that in all the Homer's we found out as we drove across the states. Otherwise all was new, clean, good supply of piows and extra blankets. Good breakfast.

The snow removal company they use was a little lazy. Only plowed once and didn't come back during the day when cars were moved from parking spots. Snow was still in walkways and had no salt on side walks. The hotel next to them had all drives and walkways cleaned of snow. Home2 you need to get company who does a better job.

From the moment we walked into the this establishment the woman at the front desk, Shadarea, went literally above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. She made us feel at home & like we’d known her for years. I’ve stayed all over and I’ve never had such wonderful hospitality. We come to Erie with our family multiple times throughout the summer & will 100% be booking here every single time because of her. The hotel was also very clean & I love that the pool is open until 11. 10/10 recommend.

This hotel is fantastic! Very modern and updated. The room we're in is designed very efficiently and with attention to detail. It has a nice little kitchenette with a decent-sized fridge and a dishwasher. I could see this being really good for a longer stay, for more than a few days. The free breakfast here is certainly on the high end of hotel breakfasts I've encountered. Not amazing, but quite good! We enjoyed the saltwater pool. I appreciate that there's free laundry machines, though we won't need them for our short stay.

I have traveled many many places and have stayed in many hotels all over our great country. The experience I had here Feb 14 and 15, 2020 is one of the best, if not THE best hotel experience I have ever had. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, welcoming, and knowledge. I had to speak to him about various changes in my itinerary that effected my stay and he was most helpful and accommodating. He deserves a giant praise from management. Wish I got his name. He treated me like a friend with the utmost respect . As an Honors member I must say he’s the most honorable. The price was great, the room was stellar, the location was perfect, and most important to me...the bed was seriously the most comfortable one I have ever experienced in a hotel. And the breakfast??? My hats off to the manger and workers there. Again, it sounds like I am overselling here, but it was 5 stars!

Very good experience. The room was spacious, and really good workout room. We were a bit surprised by the microwave breakfast, but it was tasty and the price was right.

Due to weather some family members arrived later than expected, the desk clerk at night Gary was super helpful. Actually all of the staff we encountered were all really nice to deal with.

Gary who was at the desk Sunday Feb 9 was doing a great job! Hardworking and friendly he was getting it done! First time staying at this brand but a frequent Hilton customer. Here for a hockey tournament. It's right next to the venue. Staff here was great. Rooms clean. The kitchenette was great in the room for a weekend stay.

Amazing, kind, and thoughtful staff and a beautiful room. The couch could use a bit more cleaning but it wasn't bad. Just a few pieces of lint stuck in the cloth and what not. Great price and easy booking too!

It's been a rough year for the travel industry, and I think staffing is hard to find. But we stayed here this week while visiting family and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Brandi at the front desk greeted us every time she saw us and made a fuss over our dog. We also made use of the patio space to hang with family, which is a very nice amenity. We'll most certainly stay here again.

Jason and of the other Front desk guys were very polite and kind to my 4 boys instead of acting like they were nobody being kids in all. I could tell they cared about there jobs and showed it. Only complaint was housekeeping issues but they did finally take care of that with a discount bc it was lack of cleaning issue and then girl in the mid shift forgot about us couple times bc they were busy, so I cleaned it myself. BuThen dishwasher leaked all over the floor but they took off it asap. But other then house keeping slacking lol front desk people stepped up to fix their down falls!

I'd like to give 3 1/2 stars but they are way better then Erie Inn suites and the hotel connected to Splash Lagoon and any hotel I've been too! The kind of place where you tip bc they treat you like you matter! Thank you Melissa

My family and I are moving and we had a very long day yesterday June 15th after finding out the la Quinta was closed and the best western plus could not take our 3 dogs this hotel stepped up to the plate and matched the price we paid for the la Quinta and charged us 10 dollars per dog instead of 20. I was very grateful to the manager and staff of this hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
