I could not be happier I made the switch to AT&T! I needed a new phone as my speaker broke unexpectedly I was immediately greater and helped. Tyler and John really made the experience stress free for us. Tyler was able to get my bill down and I was able to add a line. I had my toddler with me and John stepped right in and was so kind to helped keep him happy through the whole process! I could not have had a better more stress free experience! Thank you AT&T your team is amazing.

I had a headache of a problem that couldn’t be solved by the customer care phone line. Walked into the store at 8pm on a Friday and Roberto took care of us immediately. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. I showed up with a frustrating problem and left very satisfied and appreciative.

I had the pleasure of going into this AT&T store to update my phone yesterday. I took advantage of their online system to schedule an appointment in advance, which I would highly recommend. Tyler was the knowledgeable salesman/tech expert who took care of my upgrade. He is easy to work with, is good at understanding your needs in a phone, and easily explains the features of the new phone so you walk away ready to use it without confusion. In addition, Brett, the manager was also there, on his day off I might add. He is equally knowledgeable and a nice person to work with. Both of them were genuinely pleasant and kind. I can't say enough good about my experience at this store. It is so refreshing to walk into a place as well run and easy to navigate as this AT&T store. Hats off to them for caring about their customers and creating this kind of place.

Jon was the most helpful representative that I've ever worked with at any Cellular store. I was able to get exactly what I needed within a reasonable time frame. Jon even came up with the incredible solution on how I could solve the problem I came in with.

Went into the store On Friday 9/29/23 with hopes to upgrade to the new iPhone. Ryan and Trent were above and beyond helpful. Extremely knowledgable and personable. My old iphone was having issues "backing up" and wouldn't perform an immediate transfer of data. Ryan was very patient and they troubleshooted the issue until it worked. They helped me pick out a case I liked and helped me decide between the blue or gray titanium finishes for the phone itself. Being a sales manager myself, it was a breath of fresh air to see young, engaging people have such amazing customer service skills. I asked them both how long they had been working at AT&T and to my shocking surprise it was only about 3-4 months. If I hadn't asked I would have guessed years. Truly impressed with both of them and helping me with my new iPhone. Very grateful for the help and kindness!

Absolutely fantastic service, one employee helped me for ten minutes immediately, got my phone set up and then started the data transfer, I went off and ran some errands, and came back and it was ready to go, I had a XR and upgraded to a 15 plus, absolutely fantastic service again.

Firstly, I believe the AT&T business model is first come first serve. Waiting is just part of the game much like any store. If you want the VIP experience, you need to order online and have the knowledge to handle the rest yourself via an automated service.

Yesterday my phone finally met its match and needed replacing. It lived a short but hard life…RIP.

I noticed that if you sit in an AT&T store long enough reading the signs and listening to the TV loops you’ll learn that you’re eligible for benefits and device protections that you probably never read in the fine print.

Anyway, I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that assisted me but, I believe that he was a manager. Even if your customer service person isn’t as knowledgeable, the prompts on the tablet aid to assist the employee in updating your plan.

In my situation, I saved money.
After a 10-20 minute wait as the three employees worked with customers, I replaced my phone with an upgrade, received impeccable customer service, professionalism and honesty. Sure it took more than a few minutes but that’s the price you pay to work with a real human.

This isn’t the first 10/10 experience that I’ve had at AT&T or a franchise. Waiting is part of the game after all, but there’s something to be said about working with a person 1:1.

I ordered a new phone and when it came in and I went to the AT&T store. Tyler switched my old phone to my new one flawlessly. I would highly recommend going there for any iPhone or technical needs you have.

Let me tell you a story about Alex! Alex is an employee at this att store. My mom and I went in there to return a phone, but we walked out with knowledge of this cell booster product. We have been living in a cell dead zone for years! I told alex how frustrated I was and he was like whoa whoa check out this product! Here we are 30 years later with full bars on our cellphones! This is a miracle in Castleton Vermont! 10/10 Alex on customer service 100/100 for recommending this product

AT&T experience was so much better than Verizon. Real people not robots.
The in store reps were knowledgeable and worked with us over the course of a couple of hours to find us the best plan to suit our needs as international travelers. What else can I say…goodbye Verizon hello AT&T!

Chloe was such a good help, when my phone just stopped working. She was very knowledgeable and helped me through each step to get a new phone and one that fit my needs

It's also nice to see that the vibe at the store has not changed. A really good friend of mine use to work there and the vibe is still very welcoming and feels like your hanging with friends sometimes. All in all a very good place to get any kind of phone help

This location has AMAZING employees working here. The customer service is incredible. John helped us- I cannot even put into words how thankful we are for his excellent representation of ATT. He is so well versed in EVERYTHING having to do with your phone or plan and he is so friendly !! And funny! He truly made the experience a breeze. He made our entire day honestly, it was like sitting down with a friend ! They’re very fast in this store too. I was noticing other interactions in the store and seriously everyone who works there is soo kind, attentive, and makes you feel welcome and taken care of! We have nothing but the best things to say about this location. They really will make you happy to be ATT customers.
