I am giving 5 star to employees and store manager. Natalie is the store manager. She is very professional and customer service oriented. We love how much she changed the atmosphere of the store and how much time she spends on the floor with customers. Jen is one of the employees who deserves five star. She works in the frame shop, very professional and talented. Both Natalie and Jen changed our perspective about Michael's. Hope corporate appreciates them as much as we appreciate what they do in Rutland.

Fantastic 70% off Christmas decorations on December 28th. I was surprised by how much they still had to choose from. I bought ornaments and greenery for next year!

I can, and do spend way more time in this store than I have, because I love this store! I love to come here for so many different things, but I love to paint and they frequently have Basics paints on sale. They also some some nice, different jewelry making selections!

Not a big Hobby Store kind of guy, but went in with my wife. Actually have a really great selection of odd things. If you can't find it other places......check here. You might be surprised

All the staff were very nice and totally okay with me making a video call to help someone pick supplies. They even asked what I was making! The store itself was in great shape despite pandemic weirdness.

This store has so many ideas for crafts for kids,adults and has really good deals. They have friendly staff that help you find your items through out the store. I will definitely be going back again.

Although Michael's isn't the cheapest arts and crafts store, I think they offer the highest quality products compared to JoAnne's and Hobby Lobby. They have weekly coupons and usually have some killer sales. Their staff are so nice and are eager to help. They are also knowledgeable about their products and that's a huuuuge plus to me. These guys seem to be the most friendly and family-knit out of the three major craft stores in my area.

Didn't find the flamingos for the top of my cake but I usually find what I am looking for. Seasonal items are also easy to find.

Love Michael's, every time I go in I spend wayyyy more then I intend to!
