Don, your Service Tech Associate is great. I came in with two laptops, one that was dying and another brand new computer I purchased at Best Buy. Don was extremely helpful in explaining my options and in the end I bought a new Asus laptop, which I love and is very user friendly. I also had to call him and ask about a pop up advertising that came up when I was using the new laptop. Don explained what it was and exactly what to do.

Very good service, except for the one older guy at the desk. He's an interesting interaction. That's all I have to offer. No problems, ever and Evan is the best sales associate they have. He knows the business of customer service. Kudos to Evan and the person who hired him.

Good selection and great service. Much better than the Mini-Mr.-Mc-Mob "manager" Michael at Denny's who uses physical intimidation toward customers asking questions! I think everyone in this Staples store deserves a raise.

Staples was renovated about 6 months ago. There is a new art section that is really nice with drawing and painting materials. Unlike anything in the Rutland area. When going in leave some time to see all areas of the store.

They had what I wanted. The store is well laid out.
