Bought a camper from here which would be the second time dealing with this dealer. I would highly recommend them. Both times they worked with us, were friendly, and made sure everything was good. The ac ended up quitting 8 months after buying to no fault of their own as they did test it before selling (known common problem with them) and they went out of their way to help us get it repaired and drove over 40 minutes not once but twice to make sure it was right and fixed. They also checked in a month later to make sure we were happy. They have great customer service and I will recommend them.

Had a bearing and hub failure on a travel trailer. They fixed it quickly and did a great job so I could get back on the road. Very nice. Showed me how to properly service bearing and check for potential problems before they happen. Thanks for good and prompt repair

First- Appalachian Auto LLC is under new Owner/Management about 2 years! They are trying to build a good reputation after the previous owners ran the business reputation down! See other reviews and note the date of the review! Also realise you can't please all your customers, no matter how hard you try!

11-24-2018 Driving by, Stopped to take a quick look at a 2002 GMC Envoy XL SLE/SLT.

11-27-2018 checked out the vehicle from top to bottom, inside-out! It had been cleaned very well and it was in very nice shape for a 2002, +low mileage! I noticed a lot of new parts, ie. Brakes, roters, tires, headlights!
Bud the Mechanic read me a list of everything they did to get the Envoy ready for sale! Besides detailing it, installed all new Ceramic Brakes & Vented Roters, new tires, changed the oil & filter, replaced air filter, 2 new headlights, checked and tested all the other fluids and did State inspection & emission, etc.

Bud stated after detailing it he took it for another rest drive and heard a little noise in one of the front brakes, he suspected an ABS Sensor! He will check it & replace it tomorrow!

Bud stated they rest drive all the vehicles for several days-weeks before they offer for them for sale! This vehicle has a 3 Month/4,000 mile warranty!

I test drove it and it ran great! Surprisingly everything worked, I did feel a slight vibration at low speed in the front brakes along with a slight noise! I experianced that condition before on 1 or 2 other vehicles before with ABS Sensors bad!

Also I discoved the Right Front Speaker did not work and a piece of door molding slightly loose!

I told Bud I wished to purchase the vehicle and put down a deposit to hold the vehicle! He said he would take care of the noise, ie. ABS Sensor/wheel bearing, check the speaker and address the molding!

11-29-2018 I called, they said Bud replaced the sensor/bearing, the speaker and fixed the molding! Its all ready!

So I purchased the vehicle and am very pleased! Jasen and Bud are very upfront, friendly and personable and want you to be happy with your purchase!

I will spread the word of their good quality customer service and willingness to do it right! They get along like family and treat their customers the same way!!!

Just picked up a 03 Tahoe from these great guys. Very polite, timely, and willing to negotiate. vehicle is in great shape for its age. Has nice lower mileage. It’s exactly as described over the phone. Made a small deposits to hold the car. Gentlemen there even gave a courtesy call just to make sure everything was good. I really appreciated all there help. Ended up bsing with these guys for about half hour extra after buying it. This a great place to get a car from. Very happy. 5+ stars for these guys.

Started out of the KOA this morning and got an ABS alarm and had no brakes. Fluid all leaked out on the ground. They came out within an hours of being called....diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and went to get parts. Returned and replaced the bad line...added fluid...bled the brakes and back on the road the same day. And the price was very reasonable. Great guys that saved our day and trip.
