Nice hometown restaurant, breakfast was great, and the bloody Mary was so refreshing, not heavy like other bars. This was my second time there, and both times was exceptionally good!! Food was hot and good. First time there I had the Spanish omelet which was really good, 2nd time I had the western omelet equally as good. I'm a regular at Lyndon diner but rivertown will be my go to first choice.

This is one of our regular breakfast location spots. Bring a jacket, especially on cold days because there seems no way to avoid the draft. Also, don't sit near the bar door because sometimes you smell smoke wafting in which is unpleasant. All of this said the wait staff is friendly and prompt. The menus are on the table. Sometimes the specials are fantastic but I'm a huge fan of their unique omelet menu. Huge fan of their taco omelet, which is just what it sounds like.

We have been going here for over 30 years. The portions are large and typical home cooking goodness. This restaurant does have a wheelchair ramp and several parking spots near the front door. The servers are great and have become friends with us. If you are looking for fancy/smancy food, go elsewhere and leave the Rivertowne for people who just enjoy good food at good prices.

This is my home town diner and it's always great every time I go. The staff there is awesome and treat you like family. I go for breakfast, and they always get my order right and damn that food comes out quick! For the staple 3 eggs, bacon, homefries, and toast this is the place to go.

Always received good food staff is usually friendly the only negative I have is the cigarette smoke comes over from the bar sometimes and the smell is unpleasant

We had my father-in-law‘s celebration of life there today with about 30 people, the staff there did a wonderful, wonderful job and the food was excellent as usual! Want to thank them all from the bottom our hearts!

This is a great little place to eat, good food and fair prices.

Both the restaurant and the adjoining bar are fantastic. The bar is small so it's often slightly on the crowded side but the service is fast and friendly everytime. The restaurant is a great family restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly! The crab cakes and cream of crab soup are some of the best I've ever had! Hands down 10/10 would recommend and will go back!!!

I’m a local, and have never had anything bad. Service is great on both bar and restaurant sides. Excellent wings that are huge in size compared to other local places. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

The food is yummy. They have lots of menu items to choose from and the staff is friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Best country fried steak around!

Fresh and delish food. Very good and fast service. I brought my family. We were nine people. Everyone was happy with their dinners and the price was very good. I highly reccomend.

Amazing Nutella and banana french toast....as soon as I walk in the door they know what I'm ordering because that is my favorite 😊

Superb !! The servers are attentive and courteous ..food comes out surprisingly fast..but not over done or off heat lamps..menu slection is great and portions are spot on..great clean diner/restaurant..highly recommended 👌

Went in for a late lunch after doing some shopping and it was really nice. Everyone was really friendly and the food was delicious. Never been before but will keep it in mind for the next time we're in the area.

Friendly server, big menu, good food, good prices, clean, decent portions, fast service. I mean, what else could you ask of a hometown restaurant in a small town. Would like to check out the bar sometime. Will be back next time I'm in town... the Buffalo Chicken Wrap sounds like a winner.
