Dollar General

My wife and I came into Dollar General tonight to do a little bit of house shopping and Christmas shopping. I have been going to this Dollar General for a while and I have to say that for the most part customer service is always been good. However tonight we met one of the newer managers named Nina. From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left she was not only helpful and knowledgeable but she went out of our way to make sure we had a great experience. It wasn't just with us, because I overheard her numerous times with other guests that had been shopping and she treated each and every single one of them with respect and a lot of kindness. We need more individuals like Nina in this world....thank you for your kindness!

This was my first time at this dollar store. Today, August 13th 2023. The lady that was working at the counter had such excellent customer service skills, and if it hasn't been considered already. Give that woman a raise she didn't awesome stop today.

Employees are always kind and friendly. Even when you consider they are horrendously understaffed as seen by one associate having to run two registers to make the line run smoothly. Based on employee reviews on indeed for all Dollar Generals, this appears to be common place. Great job to the staff.

Nice newly built Dollar General - not squeezed into a little strip mall. This is the one by the Wrightsville exit, on Cool Springs Rd. right beside the carpool parking area. I so appreciate these larger stores where you can get through the aisles and not have to climb over big stock carts at every turn. The employees were quite friendly and the store was well kept.

This is the cleanest dollar store I been in. And the day cashiers are so friendly and helpful. There is one lady that always greets her customers and just makes everyone smile. If you cant find it she will take the time to find it for you. And always has a smile. Love going to this store.

Best dollar general I have EVER been to with impeccable customer service. This place has everything you need that you would like it was a Walmart or Giant. They also have end of season sales sometimes with 50% off so make sure you keep your eyes peeled. Can't wait to go back and see what else I can find.

Great store with a little bit of everything. If you're in a pinch and need to grab a general item, good chance they'll have it. The store is always clean and well stocked with a friendly cashier.

Nice store for wrightsville lot of food stuff good prices. Use the app get deals coupons.. Heck yea like 10 minutes away..

This store is clean and very big. It has a very wide selection of all different things for your home, snacks, drinks, let's, holiday decor, and so much more!

New store and nicely stocked it was a pleasure not to see carts all over the aisles with no one packing the stock to the shelves!

We enjoy shopping at this store, always has what we are looking for. We particulary like the Clover Valley Brand.
