Wonderful owner. She was extremely sweet and so helpful with my friend and I coming from a few hours away. She definitely made us feel comfortable in knowing we had somewhere to put our things.

Very affordable, easy to get to storage units. Good prices for the sizes, and the owner is easy to work with. PayPal is the accepted form of payment, so paying the monthly fee is very convenient.

A little high price I thought

Easily one of the worst run business I've ever dealt with. Half of the items we stored here were damaged either by rodents or by water, because after repeated notifications to the owner that our space was damaged, she failed to have it properly fixed. She never charged our account on time, taking money out either too late or too early. And we moved our things out of this space, and called a month in advance to let the owner know we'd no longer be renting from her. She never called us back, and then charged us rent for a space we were no longer renting. The website does say termination notice must be given in writing 15 days in advance, but there's no mailing address for the company listed, which is why we called. She never called back. Then she charged us again. So, basically, she's stealing from us. We'll be getting the BBB involved.
