Did an excellent job with an electric vehicle charger installation that was needed last minute. The owner got back to me right away and was able to get a knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly master electrician out two days after the initial phone call request. Price was very reasonable and straightforward for the work performed. Easy recommendation.

Mark and his team at Lakeside have been extremely professional. They recently completed extensive remodeling work at two of my units, which required a complete refit of circuit panels, fuse boxes, and all electrical outlets and lighting throughout the units. Both units were brought up to code in a very short amount of time. Lakeside promptly responded to all my inquiries and worked with me on last-minute changes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and stress-free experience when it comes to contracting for electrical work.

At a time when good customer service is almost non-existent, Lakeside Electric sets the bar to which other businesses should aspire. Darlene was incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls, especially given the compressed (and stressful) timeframe we were under. The work that Chase and Reid performed during their 3 visits was stellar (main panel, electric cooktop, numerous lights and outlets). They actually left the work areas in better shape than when they arrived, which is really impressive. My only regret is that I can't leave more than 5 stars. If you're looking for excellent, reliable service I would highly recommend Lakeside Electric.

Chase and Reed were professional, friendly and quickly worked and resolved the issue we had with our kitchen recessed lights.
My wife wanted to learn how to convert the non LED fixtures to LED mounts and Chase gladly walked her through the process, since she plans to switch over numerous fixtures in our home. We would definitely recommend Lakeside to others!

We recently used Lakeside Electric for two minor electrical jobs at our home. Scheduling service was easy and when we had an unexpected issue come up that wasn't related to our original service request, they were able to accommodate both jobs for our initial appointment. The electricians showed up a few minutes before our appointment and they were professional and very friendly.
They identified the problem in our kitchen promptly and had it repaired in a timely manner; even taking the time to shows me the electrical part that was the problem and explain why the lights quit functioning. They were able to move two of the outlets we requested to be moved with no difficulty.

Another great experience with there team from Lakeside Electric. Completed as tricky outdoor lighting project on the coldest day of the year (so far). Work was well thought out and top notch as usual.

We had really serious electrical issues and we are in our eighties and very nervous about the problems! As soon as Darlene, Tim H. and Luke L. from Lakeside Electric responded quickly to our problems, they were so caring and assuring and went through a lot (permits etc) to take care of us. They also saved us a lot of money, which is a real plus for us fixed-income folks!

Lakeside Electric has come out to my house on two separate occasions---I couldn't be happier with the service they provided! First time was to take care of an in-wall fire alarm unit that was malfunctioning as well as repair a broken light fixture; the second was to hook up electric cable for a soon-to-be delivered electric hot water heater. I was pleasantly surprised after calling Lakeside on a Monday about the water heater hookup that they they were able to fit me in, at normal service rates, later that same week.

These guys were on time, friendly, knowledgable and fastidious in their work. They identified and corrected botched and dangerous wiring that has existed here for 40+ years. True professionals and quite entertaining to be around.

Looking forward to their return this spring to bring our fire/smoke alarm systen up to Burlington code.

We had an electrical emergency and Lakeside was so quick to respond, so helpful and understanding, and got someone out right away! We will definitely be using them again, hopefully not for emergencies going forward, but it’s so comforting to know that they are a choice if we do!

I just had my first experience with Lakeside and I'll be a repeat customer! I found myself in a bind after purchasing a new dishwasher and not realizing It required a wall outlet until delivery. Our previous models were the hardwired kind. We hadn't used an electrician in about 7 years and I didn't know where to start. I found myself on a Sunday morning searching the internet and came across Lakeside, who not only had great reviews but were open on Sunday! When Darlene answered the phone I knew I had called the right place. She put me on a wait list, assuring me she would not forget about me, and in under 48 hours she was contacting me saying an electrician would be by the next day.
