Bibens Ace Hardware South Burlington

Ace has more parts than you would expect and I can always find that weird fastener that I need. I've been shopping here for many years and I always find what I need.

The item I wanted could only be purchased online and picked up in store. The process was smooth and easy.

Nice store to shop .have good prices . an some surprises .on deals .i buy things there don't need to go to a big store .Good place for nuts an bolts ..i found grass seed there in summer great price ..I liked when they gave free popcorn an sold baby chicks .they don't anymore .thats fine. .Good store .Employees were very helpful in finding things I needed I but spray paint here good price I repainted these two Tonka trucks with the paint I bought you can still get free popcorn though .

I went in to purchase some cotter pins for a grocery cart. While I was there I was received by a young man named Chad. Chad assisted me in my purchase and reassembled what I had done in error. This is the kind of service that seems to have vanished in recent times. I honestly can not thank Ace Hardware and their employee enough. Super employee!

I could not get the cover off my EGO battery powered trimmer to put more wire on it. Chad at Ace Hardware in South Burlington spent a lot of time working on this problem while I watched him reading my operators manual and also using his personal mobile phone trying to make sure he could get it alright. He did it all! My trimmer is in good shape now! Thanks Chad and everyone else who works there because I always can get help there if I need it.

Almost everyone who works there is great-helpful & knowledgeable. & if they don’t know, they typically find someone who does. Manager was super great today helping organize outdoor furniture delivery. I think they have a very good supply of variety of things. Plant product selection is great including pots, watering cans, organic (& other) plant food & more. They also have nice selection of patio furniture for reasonable prices.

It was 100 degrees today and Steve delivered my assembled grill and hauled away my old one. He kept me up to date on the delivery and was extremely kind and courteous.

Steve and Candace were super helpful. Steve literally got down on the ground in the parking lot to help get a bolt off my license plate for comparison so I could buy new ones. I didn’t see the entire store but it’s huge.

Very awesome store that a lot of cool stuff in there stuff I haven't seen in any other hardware stores would offer the store over any other hardware store I will be going back there soon

Love the generosity of spirit of this Ace Hardware store. They go above and beyond to support their local non-profits through donations. It's nice to support businesses that support their community. Big shout out to Roland for all that he does!!

Excellent hardware store. You can't get better support and knowledge from any big box outlet. "Roland" is the most professional and helpful in assisting with any project for your home.

So easy and so pleasant. I was in and out quickly. Went in for simple propane fill for a Recreation vehicle. Was greeted at the door, and instantly directed nd escortes to the propane filling station. Immediately filled, then to the register to pay. All the while, bunches of smiles and good vibes. Really nice place, really nice people. Only negative comment is the steep incline of getting in the parking lot LOL.

I bought my Big Green Egg there about 8 years ago and I was impressed by the service and friendly staff. I miss the popcorn machine but I'm sure it will come back after Covid is done.

Bibens Ace is excellent all around. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the stock is diverse. See also Bibens Ace on Rt 15 in Essex. Same great service, etc.

The difference from a place like tbis ACE to lowes or home depot is evident when you visit this store. Being personally greeted and being able to talk to experts is a big difference!

This is the hardware store that I visit anytime I need knowledgeable advisors about anything hardware related. The employees really know their stuff and are always polite and courteous.

I have always had good help whenever I have visited an Ace Hardware store.
