Best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store, I was helped out by Julia and Miranda. They were both awesome and super helpful. We were porting a number from Verizon and they were able to resolve the issue with basically no help whatsoever from Verizon and were able to resolve the issues on Verizons side for them. We would have been stuck without their assistance and we are extremely grateful for their efforts. I've been a long time T-Mobile customer and they have ensured I remain one for a long time to come!

Best cell phone store visit I had! I came a few minutes early, the manager let me right in. They addressed my issue and promptly had me on my way. It is conveniently located and I’ll be coming back for sure if I need to!

Third time was a charm. Tried AT&T and Verizon in our area & it was limited. Finally switched to T-Mobile. Super service here and Miranda was a great help at the store. Very satisfied!!

Thank you, Frank! I went in with a super annoying hotspot issue, and he came up with a thoughtful, creative solution for us to try. Try! If it doesn't work, he gave me a plan for what to do next. He offered superior customer service, as did the assistant manager, and I just couldn't be more pleased by my visit to this location. Thanks, again, Frank! You're the best.

I’ll be completely honest I have never had my own phone plan I have always used a pay as you go service but I wondered into t mobile and I am so pleased with everything so far the little benefits they give you for having a plan is amazing they have a deal app for Tuesdays t mobile gives out deals and stuff every Tuesday it’s pretty great I feel so secure the deals on the phones are unbelievable and the plans are reasonably priced and the gentlemen that helped us was patient and highly skilled in his job I highly recommend T-Mobile!!

I cannot recommend this T-Mobile store enough! My family was looking to switch carriers because we had been with another and the customer service was terrible and we were having a lot of network issues. After doing some online research, we decided to visit this T-Mobile store to see what our options are for switching to T-Mobile. Miranda was absolutely incredible, walked us through our options and was so knowledgable, and made the entire experience much easier than we expected. She did a phenomenal job working with us and was patient - we are now T-Mobile customers!

Vilas and the whole crew there are so helpful. Really appreciated the desire to help with my initial needs before jumping straight to a sale. My phone was fixed, and I didn't have to purchase a new device. I know where I'll be coming for my upgrade. Thanks!!

This is my go-to store for T-Mobile needs. It is a corporate store, so your needs will probably be better met going here versus a kiosk or franchisee. There is usually a wait, but that isn't their fault. T-Mobile is popular. We recently went it to get an iPhone 14 Pro. Brandon helped us get our account sorted and phone ordered. 10/10.

Sio I went into the Tmobile store today at the Lebanon mall for a quick sim card switch and was there from 12 to 6 ,I couldn't believe how long it took! Most people would of had a fit had it not been for this employee but Ms Apple I would have left and went to Verizon she was so incredibly awesome that I didn't even realize I was there over 6 hours, I've been in customer service for over 30 years and own my own business and I could take some lessons from her ! Amazing is an understatement!

So far I like their service for both phone and wifi. The price of their services is what you're looking for! Definitely less expensive than the cable company!

The staff working at t-mobile are really good working and helping me with my phone service would like to say thank you great job done!!!

Excellent customer service from Davis. He helped me with purchasing an Apple Watch for my fiancé. It was a surprise so he helped me keep it a secret with helping with the set up process so he would not get a notification that it was added to his phone number. He also helped me with picking which one to get and answered all of my questions I had regarding the different series and what each one has. He also helped with explaining the financing option to get a better deal on the watch. Thinking about switching my personal service to T-Mobile since I had great customer service with Davis!

Went to T-Mobile today to activate my new phone. Embarrassed by the caveman type phone I brought in, the salesman Christopher was so nice and respectful he put me at ease with the whole process. I left feeling excited about my new adventure with my new phone. Keep up the good work Christopher you're an asset to your company.

I went in with a problem, and they did their best to solve it, and they try to keepoving the customers along.

Davis is great with customers and meets their needs. Very professional and great service . Definitely recommended if interested in T - Mobile.
