Kohl's

My wife was the customer that day. She loved the sale price of the shoes she bought. Zachary was the cashier. She came home and excitedly told me of how great he was. Efficient, attentive to her needs, and had a winning personality; a real people person. She hopes to see him again at Kohl's!

I ordered men’s belt online. It was very easy to make order. Today went to store to pick it up. Really nice setup to pick up orders. I love it!

I was very pleased to find that the Big One Shapable Memory Foam pillows are still available. I had bought two many years ago and found them to be very comfortable.

Went here to get my Grandson a winter coat very good deals and nice clothes.

I want to rate the ladies at customer service. I had a huge amount of clothes to return because I bought a lot of things online during a sale and I bought the wrong size. I was so embarrassed and mortified that I had so much but they were super kind to me and they put me at ease.

I actually live in Lancaster but I didn't want to bring all it back to my Kohl's because I bring Amazon returns back and they are cold at best and unfriendly most times. They act like I am ruining their day for asking them to do what they are there to do. I am very methodical and always have my orders ready so I am not holding up the line but I feel like it's almost a hostile environment.

I told the ladies in Lebanon and they were appalled and even gave me a gift card to make up for it which I told them was unnecessary but they insisted.

It is like night and day at these two different stores. I highly recommend Lebanon customer service!

He has single handedly continued to Provide, inform., educate me on Kohls, Items, Policies, Offerings, and Continued time after time year after year The single best Customer service All Star I can think of who is worthy of any and every accolade I can fathom, Beyond that, He made this Christmas So extra special For me, and My family with his follow up and follow through on an item that I wanted and will be enjoying year after year, I cannot thank you enough for having him or begin to tell you how many times over the years I’ve seen him running around the store non stop to Help anyone and everyone He can from employees to customers like myself, I’ve even relied on his expertise many times before but this Christmas, He really went above and beyond for myself, and so many other people who’ll Enjoy the things He Helped me find at Kohl’s, and I believe He deserves Corporate recognition, and a company wide “Job well done” and reward for His dedication and commitment to service that has never once wavered in almost the twenty years I’ve seen his spectacular performance there that has been second to none!

The customer service people were very helpful in locating my paid packages I left at the store, and a gentlemen employee offered to get me a bigger wagon for my purchases. Very nice people

Kohls is my go-to store for all my needs. great sales and kohls cash make it even better. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Had the pleasure of two wonderful employees Ashley & Zack assisting me on my visit. they both are very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome not rushed. Kudos to you both.

I came here to do an Amazon return, which was super fast and easy. I love that they offer this service! I also received a 25% coupon for using the Amazon return service, which was a nice surprise, so I ended up with some cute summer tops and a pair of jeans. The cashier disinfected the counter between customers, was friendly and efficient, and got me in and out very quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure be returning to Kohl's both for Amazon returns and shopping the sales 😊
