I had an 89 year old with me and she needed shoes and she wasn't good mobile wise so I went in and ask for help in the very nice young woman came out to the car with shoes to try on her feet and went back in and got the right size it was very touching for the 89 year old myself and the sales girl would highly recommend

This store complies 100% with the American with Disabilities Act 2010 design standards. The aisles have a clear width of over 36”. The doors are easy to open and get through. The benches are stable and wide. Checkout is easy as the counter is clear of clutter. Customer service is terrific! Eli and Marcie knew exactly were I could find my crazy shoe size and were gracious and helpful. Top notch all around.

I went today, bought 3 pairs of sneakers. I found everything I was looking for, and it was very affordable. I definitely recommend

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. Great prices. Decent selection. Found some winter boots for a steal. Yes the customer service is very Lebanon but given what the employees have to put up with on a daily basis, I can understand. I've never received bad service here. Everyone here was always nice to me. Have a good attitude and you'll get a good attitude back.

People on here complaining probably have never had to work in customer service before.

I love this place! I'm really obsessed with shoes, especially shoes for my 3 children! Famous has an incredible selection!
I was just in a few weeks ago again for shoes for my son. He is Autistic and very sensitive about how his shoes fit. I was greeted at the door by Jody, she's OUTSTANDING!! It's been an entire year since I had my son in and she remembered his style of choice! How is that even possible?!
I've also had the store manager help me, I believe she introduced herself as Marcie if I remember correctly. Amazing customer service right here!
I love the ease of shopping in this store and everything about it! I feel like family when I'm shopping, almost like they've known me my entire life!

Good selection of shoes for men and women. You can almost always find a coupon to get a great deal. From the many times I have been in there I have found the staff to be very helpful, never overbearing. I don't know why some reviews say the sales people here are pressuring, I have never felt that.
For kids shoes, they do have a great selection but the prices are way more than I would want to pay. I don't see the point in shelling out $50-$70 for a kids shoe that is going to get beat up within a couple months but hey if you can afford it....who am I to judge.

I went in there looking for some shoes and and I didn't know what I wanted, And the girl who works there Heather Heather was beyond helpful and she helped me pick out the most comfy crocs, and slippers! So personable and helpful 10 out of 10

Needed shoes for work. I personally hate shopping & the store manager, Marcie stayed a few extra minutes after her shift to help me find exactly what I needed & super fast. Jodie, Neveah & Sam were friendly & funny so it made it a less annoying trip for me. Anything less annoying in 2020 is a bonus. Thankful for the famous footwear squad. 😉
