Lynne is so kind!! We went to the cemetery yesterday afternoon and my mother's vase was missing. I was very upset and sent them an email that evening. I do not fault the cemetery for the missing vase. Lynne called me in less than 24 hours and was so very nice, compassionate and understanding. They were able to remedy to the situation and I couldn't be more grateful. I have never had any issues with this cemetery and they deserve 5 out of 5 stars!

I had some concerns about my parent's gravesites. Lynne went above and beyond to make sure that all issues were addressed in a kind and empathetic manner. Also, kudos to Kyle, the groundskeeper, for his assistance in attending and improving one of the sites with seeding and maintenance while I was present. Both of these employees were very professional, allowing all of the time necessary in order to make sure that all concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate their business ethics and know that in the future they will be there for me and my family.

My husband passed in 2011 I had no idea what to do with myself or the arrangements Grand View treated me with kit gloves and met all expectations to honor my beloved Reb..

My fiances parents were both buried there today. Matt at Grandview went way above what would be expected.

It's alright here. Bring your dog and have some fun! Play some frisbee and catch balls, it's fun. Not the best kept place but it's still a nice place to get away and have fun in semi-wilderness.

The customer service is crappy, they are continually raising the opening ground fee. You would think for the amount of money that they are forcing out of people they could at least repave their roads. They are disgraceful. Very unpleasant doing business with them.

I made a terrible decision choosing to bury my relatives here. The graves are always covered in dead grass and the whole cemetery is covered in weeds. There is very poor maintenance to the park. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen before. When visiting a loved one, they threatened to tow my car even though it was half way off the road. Grounds keepers have yelled at me for walking through the cemetery to a grave telling me “this is not a public park you are not allowed here”. As well as many other extremely hurtful things. For what an attitude the grounds keepers have they should be doing a better job keeping it clean. If I could rate this a zero I would.

I would leave a negative ten if Google allowed me to. Yesterday was my Grandfathers burial, a day that is hard enough already. We gave the cemetery an almost four day notice, twice what they require. When the procession got there, the hole was not dug because they could not get the equipment on the hill, and there was a tree in the way. My Dad and Grandma had to pick out two new plots, and we were told to leave and come back when they call in two or three hours. As if that wasn’t bad enough, ten minutes after my aunt got the call, my dad got another one. Misunderstanding with the funeral insurance, and they needed $1,900 before we could bury him. Essentially, holding his body ransom when they had already screwed up MASSIVELY. After a call to corporate and the funeral home, they settled on $1,000 with the promise that it will be paid. This is my first experience with real loss close to me, and this joke of an organization made is as difficult as they possibly could. I hope they never see another dime.

I was there on 10/21/22 to place flowers on my mother’s grave . As I was leaving I saw an American flag laying on the ground. I got out an put it back in the ground. I stopped my car multiple times and picked up multiple flags.
I was completely disgusted with the lack of respect.

Poor customer service. I left in tears today because my dad died last year on Easter and while we were placing flowers on his grave today and spending quiet moments with him we were yelled at by a worker for being 3/4 side-parked on a grassy hill to avoid our car from being hit on the narrow road. We apologized, moved our car, and he drove off. Kindness and compassion go a long way, especially when grieving graveside. Forget about our plans to spend more dollars there!

I visited my parents and nephews graves today. When I got to it I wasn’t sure I was at the right spot!!! My parents was covered with dry clippings as you couldn’t see the name and my nephews had all the remainder of the things we placed there all smashed and thrown on his grave. The vase does not fit which I complained about twice before a few years ago. The water in the hole stinks so bad I almost threw up:(
I visit periodically and this was the worst I have seen it. Other times the solar lights were smashed like the mower smashed them.

On several occasions I have gone to visit family that's buried here, only to be stopped by who I imagine are ground keepers to be told this isn't a public park and I can't be there. Staff is beyond unkind and always has an attitude. Is this who you have greet grieving families? Grounds are always unclean, covered in weeds, high grass. Wish I could go somewhere else.

Verbally attacked trying to leave the grounds by some ignorant worker, apparently when the roads are completely blocked in there if your tires touch the grass to get past other cars thats an issue, fat dirty guy in a beat truck asked where my family is buried so he could drive his truck across their graves, insanely unprofessional and childish.

Absolute crooks! They keep changing prices on the price of the same memorial marker. Tried to bait and switch. So sad to take advantage of people in a time of grief! Read the rest of the reviews! Place is a joke!

VERY disappointed at the condition of the burial sites ! Daughter buried here , parents, & aunts . Weeds so far grown on the sites that the brass plate was almost covered. VERY HEART-WRENCHING ! Please clean this place properly to respect the residents here & families visiting.

Sinkholes everywhere, covered over with tons of leaves. Can't find markers. They all sank and those too have 3" of leaves. Hope people buried there don't expect visitors!

For the price you would think they would do a better job on keeping the grounds presentable
