Lisa was wonderful and so was the other staff. I’m from out of state with scripts that have to be confirmed with my doctor at home, plus they’re workers comp paid. Lisa had them confirmed and filled within an hour. I also have an expensive inhaler to be filled that she called my home pharmacy to get the script and special order it. It was also done the same day and it’ll be here tomorrow. It’s hard to find an out of state pharmacy you can trust but this one has over-delivered. Thank you for excellent healthcare.

Switching to RiteAid in Cleona Pennsylvania because they are a real pharmacy as opposed to Weis. Very friendly staff across the board

I noticed a digital store coupon for receiving my booster shot. At checkout it did not work. The associate took the time to manually input the discount. She was extremely helpful and caring. This store appears to take customer service seriously.

There is hardly any wait time at the pharmacy. No throngs of people waiting in line. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I switched to this location from the one on s 9th street in Lebanon. Cleona location is much better with service!

I really like the people who work back in the pharmacy Department but the people in the front of the store who run the cash register or not as friendly as the people in the back of the store that run the pharmacy

Went to get the Shingles Vaccine. Presented my insurance card to your staff she responded that this isn't insurance it's a discount card. I have Altrua HealthShare which is not a discount card it's a Christian HealthShare. When asked again if anything was covered she responded no it's a discount card. You should train your employees better so they don't embarrass customers they way this one did. Oh by the way upon calling Altrua the vaccine is covered.

The sign outside cleona store said walk ins welcome for flu shots. When my husband and I walked in today to get our shot we were told there was no availability for walk ins for weeks. Clerk at pharmacy was extremely short and rude and very unapologetic when I told her the sign outside the store said walk ins welcome. She just repeated that "we're all booked up, you'll have to go elsewhere" and walked away. Wow. I was polite but really didn't want to be. Terrible customer service... Never again

The website lets you schedule a tetanus shot, choose a timeframe, but when you drive all the way to the store they will tell you, "sorry we cant do it today please reschedule for a different day."

I went in today to get cashback and the lady refused me because I would have needed to do it twice (like I have done at this location before) and I had to leave and go somewhere else. It was a very elderly lady who just seemed to lazy to do it for me.

Was giving the wrong medication to the wrong person and Nicole had a bad attitude and did not seem to care I would give less if I could
