Very friendly and they answer the phone within 10 seconds of calling if you have a question. You don't have to wait on hold forever like CVS or Walgreens.

Always friendly, fast & polite. I go there for two people and they always ask how the person is doing as well as how I'm doing. Great prices & smiling faces, what more can anyone ask for. If you have to wait it's never more then 10 minutes, honestly I don't think I've ever waited that long. Keep up the great prices and the awesome job you do.

Whitehall Pharmacy was able to quickly provide my medication (that so many other local pharmacies could not get their hands on) and the personalized service that I received was outstanding! Everything from contacting my provider to get my scripts transferred to working with the manufacturer to make sure that I was getting the best price possible was handled with ease, and I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Rikin and his staff.

We started using this pharmacy based on the recommendation of my son's Dermatologist and I have to say, we LOVE it! We transferred all of our prescriptions there and couldn't be happier with the staff and service. It is nice to have a "home town" pharmacy kind of place again! I'll never go to one of those chain places again!

Ashley made my covid testing a breeze! She was a delight and helped me threw the process of testing my kids and one of them is a toddler! Ashley is amazing, very professional and kind! Definitely recommending her!!

This pharmacy is AMAZING the pharmacist went above and beyond for my mother. He was on the phone with me for almost 3 hours during a very difficult switch between pharmacies and he fought for my mother and her rights to switch over. I think both stores know just how much my family and I appreciate them! We have a lot of meds and they are ALWAYS ON THE BALL. I switched to Zephyr just because it’s more convenient but like how I can still see and say hi to the Whitehalls techs on occasion. They never let me down! I don’t expect to win this.. but I won’t lie that it would help to have this gift card this month! Good luck everyone!

I recently was very sick and almost lost my life. I needed very expensive antibiotics and CVS said I had to wait about three days for insurance to approve or pay for them cash. This pharmacy filled it in 10 minutes and waited for the insurance. They are awesome. I had sepsis and it could have killed me. They put people first and not the almighty dollar! Changing all of my prescriptions here. Goodbye big pharmacies.

Whitehall Pharmacy is simply the best. Rikin and his staff are professional, courteous, and always helpful. I am very close to a major Pharmacy chain, but will happily drive a little to use Whitehall. They are competitive in their pricing and will mail an RX if I'm unable to pick up. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
