Deanene was a tremendous help to me in finding the proper color and developer for a color correction. It was really nice to be able to talk to someone with the knowledge to troubleshoot the correction I needed to make on my daughter’s hair.
This saved me making another trip.
She recommended a sealant shampoo and conditioner too.
The store was organized and the shelves were stocked.

I am not really the type of person to have to shop here and despite having a very odd request and needing a specific clip, the staff here has been extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they haven’t had what I was looking for but the manager still remembered me and took my info in case they get it in. Their customer service and friendliness alone earned them 5 stars.
