Whatever temp agency you guys hired Jessica at the front desk from, please let them know not only is she highly unprofessional (talking under her breath to my wife as we were leaving and then denying it at 1st when I brought it up and then ADMITTING to it later), on top of this she was yelling at my wife and I (is this the type of unstable person you want in your office? She is also lazy all she had to do was get up from the desk and go ask the Doctor a question about our appointment but instead sat there like a spoiled child. I have never had an issue with anyone at the front before and they have all been kind and knowledgeable. Maybe it was past her work day as we were the last patients there but then again we waited till 4:40 for a 3:50 appointment, hardly our fault. I work customer service and you cannot have someone like this as your front of the business.
