This company was chosen to remove the lead paint hazard from our home in Chittenden county. From the beginning we were lied to, or ignored, rescheduled and left wondering if the work would ever get done. Lies appear to be the company policy when dealing with clients; their "Project Manager's" fictions are so blatantly transparent and abundant, he may be a pathological liar. When work finally did begin, the supervisor and crew arrived 90 minutes late and stinking of marijuana. Not surprisingly the job ended up taking nearly twice as long as originally promised despite the fact that the work was completed with a minimum of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Everywhere there are very rough surfaces that were not sanded smooth.There was dust, paint chips, and debris all over. Also, the carpentry is sloppy and sub-par. The new windows stick, are drafty and no weatherstripping was installed. The trim is knotty, and cheap looking, unlike the finely crafted trim they removed. 100% bad

This was possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I know, as a general rule, contractors are not to be trusted, but these morons take it to a whole new level. If you are working with these guys, make sure you have fresh batteries in your BS meter because every word you hear from the owner or his number 2 is probably a lie. Hire these people only if you have plenty of money to burn, too much time on your hands, and love headaches.
