West End Pharmacy

Unfortunately. I was under the care of a Dr who wrote 5 different scripts that was the same type of medication. I got tired of not participating in my own life. So I chose to stop those med and I got my life back. (IN NO WAY do I recommend anyone to do this). It was my pharmacist at that time who told me he is happy. When I stopped those meds he told me it wasn't safe that I was taking 5 strong meds that did same thing. To that pharmacist, thank you for talking w me about that. I asked him why he didn't questioned and was told pharmacist cannot second guess a Dr.

Have always been fabulous to work with. I have nothing but positive experiences since becoming a customer!

They are the best! Always nice and helpful. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

It small mom n pop place they no ur name but they are pricey n expect for them 2 give u ur meds on the exact day I was going on a vacay n needed them 2 days early I couldn't go

Pharmacy colleagues stated that the retail and Long Term Care division are very cramped working space and potential for medication errors. So recommended not applying for a job. Family owned so resistant to change. Old time drug store feel.

Denied my doctors sent in prescription, lady had no idea how to retrieve my doctor’s prescriptions,,, 9/11/2023,,,, 10:35 am——
still have no medication, no one is answering the phone,,, except some type of drug affiliates.,!

after 2-1/2 years,.,.,., as a customer!

since the building is for sale, as the owner has known for one year , as well as the employees, I am completely ignored, talked to like I don’t not know when my meds are to be available,,,, my doctor is no longer able to send prescriptions that are 6 days late,.,.with no communication to the doctor that the pharmacy is shut down , left 5 messages, still ignored at2:30 pm.,., obviously,.,., west end pharmacy is useless.,., altrex was the supplier, called and was informed the business is closed .,., you suck west end pharmacy, the owner specifically.,., shame on you ,,,, you obviously have no respect for anyone except your pocket

Update: my mom has passed. I suspect they gave her the wrong meds. Investigation in progress. Avoid if you want your loved ones to live!!!! I’m not kidding!!!!

Overpriced. Slow. Frequent errors. Denied filling my elderly parents meds over a billing issue the day before Christmas while my mom was in the hospital. Bah Humbug, much!?!

I try to support local business over chains, but avoid this place and all of their high costs!
