The team here is fantastic! I was checked in quickly and professionally. Taken back within 5 minutes. Nurses were all super nice and skilled! I hate IVs but my nurse Vish was great; she made it as comfortable as an IV can be. Keith the nurse anesthetist explained everything very clearly. Dr. Sangster has always been great since he performed my surgery. I was done in less than an hour from when I walked in. I would highly recommend this practice!

Scheduling my initial appointment was easy and I did not have to wait long for it. The staff at the office was very pleasant. Meeting Dr. R was very good as well. The explanation for the procedure was explained in detail and I am grateful for the communications prior. The procedure process went very well. The nurses and staff were extremely kind and caring. I appreciate all.

All of the doctors, nurses and staff at College Heights Endoscopy Center were genuine and accommodating. I highly recommend their practice when any internal imagery is needed. They were thorough yet timely and clear with everything that had to be done for a successful visit.

The nurses were very kind and considerate. Dr. Lacey took the time to explain my iron issue and explain what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. After the procedure he came in and went over what they did and found. I would definitely recommend this center to anybody.

Prep is not fun. But the crew at the center are great. Everyone makes sure you are well taken care of. And they all greet you with their beautiful smiles. Highly recommend

I was surprised at how well I was treated and how professionally everyone was. I was reassured in how the procedure was going to go and how long it would take. My prep was tolerable considering how necessary it was to totally evacuate my system. There were no questions unanswered and I never felt any discomfort or pain. My thanks to the doctor and the staff for all their help as this was my first colonoscopy and I didn’t know what to expect.

Everyone at this office was extremely friendly and professional! They were two hours behind which I can see if they run into an issue and it’s understandable but a phone call to lessen the two wait would have been appreciated. Overall excellent service!

Entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. Kim and Bri were great to deal with and very good at what they do. Anesthetist was very charismatic and explained the process clearly and answered all questions and concerns.

Everything was excellent. I was impressed with the accuracy of the timing of the procedure. Everyone was very nice, and explained everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend. I will return there when it is time for my next colonoscopy.

When going through tests nobody looks forward to, the entire team is so kind and caring. Makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Have been going there for many years.

The team was amazing from start to finish! I had a terrible headache when I came in and they took me right back to start an IV- everyone was kind and compassionate!

This was an absolutely amazing team! From the moment you walked in and register, to the nurses, doctors and everyone! The facilities are clean and well kept. My experience at this center was wonderful. The nurse and the CRNA were amazing ,I felt calm and comfortable . From the moment I walked in ,to the time I left was great. The doctor was very clear and very nice . I thank each and every professional that was part of my treatment . I have to say the nurse and the CRNA were the best . It's an experience I wont soon forget . Thank you very much.

Everyone was very nice from start to finish I called on Monday and I needed something done asap because I was having trouble swallowing again and was leaving on vacation.They Got me a appointment for that Tuesday and then had the procedure done on that Thursday. Everyone was great.

As an advanced stage colorectal survivor, colonoscopies are now a routine part of my life. The people here are always incredibly nice and professional. They always make the unpleasant into a very positive and easygoing experience. And they’ve kept me safe and alive since 2013!

The clinical staff that took care of me were awesome!!! Not only explained things well, but personable, kind, compassionate and most of all funny!
The following really made my experience a 10++: Danielle, Colleen, Niki, and even the director came to check on me and helped me go to the bathroom before my procedure. I’ve been going to Dr. Lapos for years, she is wonderful as well! I’ve always gone to the hospital for colonoscopy but College Heights Endoscopy Center by far exceeds all the others! Thank you for making this experience the best!

A great big thank you to a professional staff that really treats you as a person and not just a number. From the receptionist to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor, they took the time to listen and answer your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Harry Pickle and his staff.
