Maza Middle Eastern Cuisine

Ordered pick up on a Wednesday night, was looking for something new to try. So happy we came across Maza. I called a few times asking questions regarding dishes and each time was greeted with a kind voice who gladly answered all my questions. The food was fresh and hot and so delicious we will be back very soon!

We drove up from Harrisburg to try Maza from a friends recommendation. The food was amazing and well worth the drive. The son of the owner waited on us and couldn’t have been any nicer. We will definitely be back. The chicken in the Maza grill was so juicy and delicious.

Loved the ambience for the fact it has a great outside view with good food to set the mood.
The hookah is amazing with very rich flavor and texture. Lot of Salads and food options to choose in authentic Mediterranean food variety. With lot of veg options too. Not to forget that the portions are huge for sharing or even to gos.
Loved the interior as well to make it an experience worthwhile. Food is amazing and is freshly served.

It's my second visit to Maza. I love this restaurant. First, service is spectacular. They want you try theirs flavors and they recommend their preparations according with your taste. We ordered Chanklish... oh my god.. delicious cheese salad with pita bread. Of course, we ate falafel too and a big chicken fatoush... hmm...
Prices are excellent too. We will come back... for sure!

This is by far the best middle eastern restaurant I’ve ever visited. The food is amazing aside from their great service. When visiting I’d suggest the maza sampler and the maza from the grill so you can get a feel of a little bit of everything on the menu ! The food was hot and very well prepared, the servers are very welcoming and attentive. The owners are hands on and make sure that their customers are happy. I felt like I was at home I’ll definitely be coming here again ! Thank you for your wonderful food and service :)

We had the best time at Maza! Natalie was very helpful with her food suggestions & the food was all cooked to perfection. My family can’t wait to be back again soon!!

I always have gotten take out, however it seems like a great place to eat. They have a hookah night which is tasteful and the staff has always been super friendly! The food is absolutely amazing!

OMG🙏🏽😋 is all I have to say!!! I got off work after Helping our local customers with their credit and real estate needs and had a hard week. I told my wife (and partner) Hey hun let’s go out to eat! We wanted something open late and WOW 😯 I’m so glad we found this place. A true Hidden Gem 💎 in the Lehigh Valley!! The Food 🍱, the people and the atmosphere makes you feel as if you are in the Middle East enjoying some great 👍🏼 company 🇸🇾 with our middle eastern family. We are Hooked for life!!!

Food was on point. The Greek salad was huge and plenty for two. The Philo with mozzarella and feta fried was really good. Zak was fun to interact with and knew the menu well.

I love it at Maza! For starters, the owners and employees are super accommodating and friendly! They make me feel like family. Maza’s hummus is by far the best I’ve ever had ( and I’ve had it at dozens of places)! The chicken and beef kabobs are so juicy and flavorful. I love their Toska as well ( I think I spelled it right). Honestly everything there is delicious. It’s byob with a liquor store across the street and on the same block as a beer distributor so it’s perfect. Lastly if you smoke hookah, the Maza mix is the best combination of flavors and it lasts hours ( with the grapefruit head)! Tonight I had a beef shawarma. The pickled onions and parsley mixed in with juicy and flavor beef is phenomenal. I always get a side of labneh with it because having a dipping agent is clutch.

The shawarma wraps are so good. The menu is so diverse and my favorites are arnabit, kibbeh, arugula salad, full Maza and baklava. If you love Middle Eastern cuisine this is heaven. Yalla

Love this place! Been coming here for 2 years on a regular basis... at least once a month. The food is high quality and very tasty. Sometimes we do take out and other times we go there with friends who enjoy hookah! Thanks!!

If you like Mediterranean food you will love this place. The food was delicious. The baba is nice, and this was my first time having Chanklish, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the burak and sambousik. I recommend the Maza Sampler so you can try a little of each.
Our waitress was super nice.
Note: There was some hookah (?) smoking going on while we were there. If this offends you, it might be best to skip it. But if you want great Mediterranean food... go here!

We were celebrating my husband's birthday. The appetizers were so deliciuos and entrees were awesome👍😋 we had shankleesh, fried kebbeh, beef shawerma and falafel sandwiches😊

The fattoush salad with grilled chicken was plentiful for my family and myself. The interior was spacious and not condensed which was perfect. The waiter was respectful and kind to us and checked on us multiple times along with his coworker. Outside was great as they have outdoor seating and was a better day for all of us. I will definitely come back again when I stop by this location.

This place is a little gold nugget hidden in this valley. If you love food that is delicious as well as healthy, this is a wonderful place. I ordered the baba ghanouj for my appetizer and it was sooo good. Cold, smooth, with a smoky flavor, topped with olive oil . I finished the entire thing! For my entree, I had the grilled salmon. It too was sooo good. The salmon was cooked skillfully, it was moist & tender, not at all dry. The rice was seasoned to perfection! Cumin, coriander, possibly some tumeric and other spices I am sure. Beautiful, beautiful spices. Along with that, there was a parsley salad with onions and possibly another green mixed in there. It complimented the dish. I also loved the little vegetable kebab, which had bell pepper, onion, and tomato. It was crunchy & refreshing. The yogurt sauce was palatable. Every part of the dish was delectable individually but in unison, it was *chefs kiss*. I also loved their pita bread. I’ve tried middle eastern food many a time & I am from Los Angeles California. This is by far the best I’ve had. I told my husband that it’s dangerous that I know this place exists. This was my genuine experience today. Thank you for letting me eat your food. I paid for it but still, thank YOU.
