Both of my children started in the summer of 2020, and all of their teachers have been wonderful. The kids were always looking forward to going to "school", and thrived in a caring, nurturing environment.
Staff is polite and responsive and there's an app through which communication with the teachers is seamless.
Definitely recommend!

Our daughter has been at LCA since the beginning of March and we could not be more pleased. LCA sets the bar high when it comes to the care your child recieves. Their staff is welcoming and caring with great attention to detail in all aspects of learning, safety, germ prevention & parent communication. There is nothing better as a working parent than to know that you have left your child in the best care possible! Thank you LCA.

Staff are very welcoming and kind. My kids never want to leave at the end of the day. Gives me peace to know they feel safe.

My daughter started here back in Sept of '19 and so far we are very pleased with her care, attention given, quality of care by teaching staff, and the level of security I feel as a new parent.

We took our daughter out of this daycare because we felt it wasn't clean. Whenever we picked up our daughter from this day care of their diapers hanging all over the floor outpouring on the trash can and it looks very unhealthy.

I would not recommend LCA for childcare or place of employment. They are understaffed and the staff that is there is underqualified. In the 3 short months my son attended, there were more issues I can list here but among them were serious staffing shortages…there were constant rotating “resource” staff in my child’s classroom every week. If you want somewhere secure and consistent for your child, this is NOT it. My husband and I would see a new staff member at least once a week.
There was an issue when I had 2 staff members tell me that children were not being watched while diapers were changed and snack was being prepared…when I addressed this with the director, she told me something completely different.
Additionally, one morning when I dropped my son off, the teacher was on the phone asking about coverage for the classroom, I could hear the admin on the phone say “I have no idea.”
The director is unresponsive to emails unless you send a follow up and she will get back to you a week later.
My son was contracting pink eye every week. We would treat it and it would return on the days he attended. When I asked the staff about this, they “had no idea” about any pink eye. He has been fine since leaving care at LCA.
In the short time my son attended, the assistant director left and was not replaced…along with the lead teacher in my son’s classroom who had just received a promotion. The director let me know that the other teachers in the room were not qualified to lead the classroom yet, 3 short weeks later 1 was promoted to lead. The new lead teacher was kind but lacked experience to notify me of incidents in the classroom within the required timeframe. When I confronted the director about these incidents, she had nothing to say. Instead of contacting me to resolve the issues, she simply emailed to see if my son would be returning. I tried contacting the CEO of Via (which owns LCA) and she proceeded to ask my insight then speak over me and told me I was the one being rude.
The director was unaware of discrepancies in the handbook. There was a parent survey but when I inquired about if responses would be shared, I was told that because issues are always addressed, there was no need to share. From experience, this is not the case.
Like I said, I would NOT recommend. I feel bad for parents, children and staff here. Very poorly run.

Place is understaffed . Also, would you want your child to attend a place that deceives a teacher that actually has over the qualifications and is liked by the other staff and children. She has Wegeners Disease which required her to have 2 sugeries and miss minimal time...they outright deceived her to get her to resign, telling her to reapply and they would hire her back after the recovery. Of course, they never did nor do they answer any emails. All so they wouldnt have to pay unemployment but no concern given to the teacher. The funny part is, it says they are equal opportunity...yeah right. Glorified day care passed off as a learning center.

Too much favoritism, lazy workers get what they want while the hard workers are forced to pick up the slack. Management cares little about most employees and always looking to fix schedule on their needs.
