Banfield Pet Hospital

Banfield Whitehall is absolutely amazing! We have been using them as our primary vet for all of our pets for 10+ years. They are always so caring & gentle with our pets, and so kind to us pet-parents. They are compassionate and dedicated. Knowing us by name and providing the upmost support during difficult times, I can't say enough good things. Thank you for all you do, Banfield Whitehall!

They truly care about ur pet here. They treat them as if they were their own. Amazing team of vets. Incredibly personable and take the time to explain EVERYTHING and answer EVERY question. I am so glad I took my kitten here. And their wellness plans are amazing!!

I've only had great experiences at Banfield in Whitehall PA. The staff is very friendly and kind. I've been bringing our dog there since last October when she was 3 months old. You don't wait long and the visits are smooth and quick. I feel comfortable taking our pup there and will continue to use this vet for any needs.

I had been taking my dog to a local vet and payed for injury/sickness health insurance on top of all vet visits, shots, blood work, etc. Every nurse and doctor knew who I was and knew my dog. We were always well taken care of and seen quickly if there was an emergency. I was a little hesitant to switch, but I signed up for the wellness plan understanding that all of his vet visits, shots, blood work, etc. would now be covered and should he get sick, I would need to pay out of pocket. I think a lot of folks are frustrated because they do not realize what is and is not covered on this plan. It is definitely not for every one, especially if you have an older pet who is prone to sickness/injury. Also, if you like a more personalized experience, a smaller vet office may be for you.

I took my dog (1 y.o. corgi) for his first consultation and his yearly shots. I had a great experience. We were seen promptly, the nurse answered all of my millions of questions, the doctor was short and to the point, asked if I had any questions, and then we were on our way! I am not the type of person who needs a personalized visit - I like to go in, do what needs to be done, and get out.

The staff was professional, organized, and very welcoming to my pup. The plan is very flexible, allows me to add his medications broken down over a year, and can always be altered to meet my needs. If your story sounds similar to mine, sign up!

Today was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience...the nurse Danny from NJ is AWESOME!!! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond in her customer service skill... The doctor Hiraldo was also great and took the time to ensure our pup was good. Danny and Hiraldo were honest and sincere and provided me with all the information I needed plus more. My pup had a great visit too. I recommend them and would suggest to ask for the nurse Danny- she really is great!

My previous dog years ago went to banfield and now my new pup. The nurses and doctors are great there. They are friendly when I drop her off and when I pick her up. It's been a great experience. They have great health plans for our furry best friends.

They are all super nice, yet professional and straight to the point. It was also nice that they were able to take both of my dog and cat in at one time and get their boosters done. As well as the blood work. There is things to do in the plaza as you wait. it was only about 30 minutes till they were done :) My dog and cat didn't seem distraught at all from the experience, which I worry about often when I take them to see someone.

The staff and care we received was AMAZING. They were genuinely caring and concerned for our pet. Our dog was hit by a truck and in very serious condition. Unlike another hospital we stopped at first, they did not ask me for my checkbook first before treating our dog. They scooped her up in their arms (literally) and begin to tend to her needs first. They were so loving and repaired all her wounds excellently. She will be back to normal soon. Thank you Banfield. You saved our dogs life!!

I had to put my beautiful baby boy Max down yesterday. He was a shih tzu aged 15 years old. I have been bringing him here since he was a baby. He lived a long life and I had great experiences here. The staff, nurses, and doctors are extraordinary. Thank you so much I appreciate you all! Still grieving but I'll be ok.

My family and I moved from NY to PA. I was a bit skeptical about taking our dog to another Banfield since we didn't know anyone. Yet the care, attention and belly rubs our dog gets is amazing. The staff treats her with the upmost sweet new and concern when we take her for her allergy injections and ear infections. Any little thing is something to them. We love that the staff cares. It means a lot to us that she is always in good hands.

Caring, knowledgeable, kind, thorough, helpful, supportive staff on all job levels. We have pet insurance with them that saves a ton of $. Even well visits, teeth cleaning, shots, blood work, and preventative care. Highly recommend to everyone. The stores themselves are expensive.

Love love taking Ally here they are so good with her! Also take all 5 of my cats here as well and Ally loves her vet! Ally with her Banefield bandanna after her vet appointment! Is the picture for tax lol!

Kind of disappointed that I inquired about my 2 kittens needing to be established but somehow only scheduled 1 for a well visit. They had to squeeze her in which made me feel terrible but they helped me out. Really busy but really good.

I’m in school for the past several years so I had to move to different locations. My pups received care from 4 different pet hospital now (3 of them are banfield). The wellness plan is very convenient for people like me who moves a lot, since they can follow medical documents quickly online. By far, this banfield is the BEST! even though this location is busy, the doctor and assistants are patient and follow up very throughly. The vet called and went over my pups’ exam and asked if I had questions before I came to pick them up. And a follow up phone call the next day to make sure they are ok.

Professional staff, clean facilities. Easy to get to with lots of parking.

The staff is great, IvI' had my dog see all the vets. They were all professionalble. I chose Dr. Simpson who genuinely loves animals. Just had her spayed and did a great job!.

Very friendly staff. The veterinarian was helpful and friendly - she provided detailed notes and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.
