Very knowledgeable team, asking questions or scheduling appointments through the "pets" app makes things very easy; I was able to send in a video of my cat, who I thought was dry-heaving, in fact turned out to be coughing and was able to schedule a visit through the app and the medicine she has been taking has drastically improved her situation. The team and Doctors here are always very nice and will quickly make you feel confident in them and their care. A++

We switched our dogs to this vet after moving and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The staff made the transition incredibly easy and seamlessly updated our dogs' records. Scheduling has been so easy and the vet techs and vets have been so kind and direct during the visits. We instantly knew this was the right vet for us!

Took Mia in for minor check up. This was our first visit to this veterinarian as we're new to the area. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Keck Was very thorough with his examination and explained everything we needed to know in detail. They were kind and gentle to our senior pet. I would recommend them to anyone.

After careful consideration and reading the reviews. I’m pleased to say that we are excited with our choice. The staff, facility and doctors are absolutely amazing. Very informative and helpful with our two kittens. I didn’t anticipate leaving with a care package in a bag. But some extra samples and reading materials for the fuzzy boy’s future. I recently moved to Lebanon and researched many veterinary offices before choosing ACVA, and I couldn't be happier with my choice to come here! My 70lb Black Lab/Pit mix hates the vet, and from the second we walked in the door he was treated with such kindness and compassion. He was whimpering in the waiting area so receptionists gave him treats and attention. The veterinary assistant Rachel and Dr. Alex were so patient and gentle with him. I couldn't be more thankful for how wonderful they treated my dog and how my experience was.

We had a great visit with Dr. Bardsley and our tech Kayla. They were very informative and explained things every step of the way. Thank you for taking such good care of Princess Leia during her annual check-up!

Everything as always is so smooth, simple and easy from check-in to going directly to a room which is great and reduces stress and anxiety of the pet and the owner!! The vet techs are always great! The Doctor does an excellent job and explains everything throughly

We love taking Crue to AC Vet! Even after we moved to Elizabethtown, we still wanted to take him there because of how friendly and good the staff was to us and our previous dog. We have already suggested them to several other pet owners.

This was our first experience with Annville-Cleona Vet Associates, and we found everyone there to be very friendly and caring. They took great care of our Chihuahua when she needed surgery, spent time explaining her after-care, and re-assured us that they would be there for us if we had future concerns. We feel confident putting our trust in the vets at Annville-Cleona.

As a client of ACVA years ago and since recently returning, the Doctors and staff have always been exceptional! Among knowledgeable, experienced and well priced for services - the Doctors and staff also offer compassion, understanding and kindness towards the animals and clients that they serve. I’ve always seen Dr. Emily and today, had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Alex! Familiar faces Lindsey, Jenny and Diane have been so welcoming and remember my pets from years ago. Returning to ACVA has been a blessing and guaranteed, I know my pets are getting the best care that Lebanon County has to offer.

Everyone was really nice and they took their time to explain everything to me. Even the ladies at the front desk. Everyone really took their time to ensure the best possible care for my kitten which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn’t understand is when I got the bill I paid $68 for the office visit, however when I made the appointment I had paid $99 which I was told was for the office visit. So when I schedule my next appt for my other kitten I will be sure to at least find out, and because the office staff was so kind and thorough, this made paying the fairly high bill easier to swallow. On the other hand it also causes me to hesitate on when I should take my other kitten in since I’m sure it will be a similarly high bill. Overall though because of the service they provided I still give 5 stars and would recommend them to others.

Love the team! The Dr. Penny had was amazing! There’s nothing I can think of doing better???? Our baby Penny is doing much better today.

Dr. Alex and Ria were both very kind and patient during our recent visit. They were very sweet with Virginia, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Thank you for your care and all of your effort to make Ginny feel comfortable during her appointment!

They are so wonderful with my husky, Shadow, who can truly be a handful! She is a talker and loves to let everyone know she's there! The gals never get upset; they just laugh and give her love!!

We cannot think of anything that would have made the experienced any better than it was. Dr. Alex Pinamonti and Hailey ( Vet Assistant ) were both wonderful. Both had a great repore with our Beagle "Callie". They both were very thorough, professional and personable. They each made certain we understood all that they were doing; and, they went to great lengths to explain all options available, along with their opinions on what actions should be taken regarding surgery.
