Storage Sense - Jonestown - Self Service

Storage sense worked out great for my situation. I wasn’t sure how long my situation would require the need for storage so it was great being able to rent from month to month. Once the time came that I would no longer need storage it was a quick and painless process. I ended my time with Storage Sense in a professional manner with no issues or concerns and if the time occurs that I need storage again, Storage Sense is at the top of the list. Thank you!

Easy to reserve a spot online. Contacted me promptly to complete the rental process. Documents can all be e-signed and others can be emailed, so no need to go to the office or mail hard copy documents. Friendly, helpful staff. The only slight downside is that it's in a little out-of-the way location for us, but we love the covered storage option. Covered storage is hard to find!

I have stored my motorhome at an RV storage facility located at 509 Old Jonestown Road, Jonestown PA for many years. The RV facility is owned by STORAGE SENSE and I called with some questions today and was extremely pleased with a quick return phone call from Lindsey Raup who is currently in training to become part of the Storage Sense management team. Lindsey is going to do very well in a management position as she is very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly and values good customer relations. I am very pleased to be a STORAGE SENSE customer and would highly recommend STORAGE SENSE for your storage needs.
