Red Wing - Allentown, PA

I was in the store with my brother a little over a month ago, right after Christmas. This was my first time in this Red Wing store and I was very pleased. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help. We were in there for a sizing issue, my brother received his iron rangers as a gift, but they were the wrong size. Carmelo the store manager went above and beyond to help us out and track down all the info needed to make the size exchange and to get my brother sized correctly. The service was exceptional and I can tell Carmelo really takes pride and loves what he does. I’m really looking forward to going back for future boot purchases. Thanks again Carmelo you saved Christmas and definitely gained some new customers !!! P.S. my brother is loving his iron ranger 8111

Was greeted immediately, and salesperson was friendly. She let me take my time and I eventually told her what shoes I was interested in. We tried multiple pairs, and she was very helpful. I purchased insoles as well, and she helped fit them and had me try them out. She let me know about a discount available for what I would spend, which led me to the additional purchase of the insoles. I was very pleased overall

I recommend going when it is less busy. On a Tuesday around 10AM, the store manager (Carmelo Caban) and I had the store to ourselves. He wasn’t pushy, he was thorough with foot measurements and recommendations, and he answered every question I had about proper fit and feel. I love my work shoes. Great upgrade. Thanks Carmelo!

Very knowledgeable staff and a good selection of higher end footwear. High tech foot scanner helps u pick the right fit and insole for your foot. Good location and parking as well.

Salesman was very professional from appearance to knowledge. I was very impressed. Salesman answered my questions & even offered his professional advice on maintaining climbing boots to preserve long term use. I'm very glad that I went to that store. I'll continue to use Redwing Loggers.

I’ve been buying my work shoes from this store (initially the Cedar Crest Blvd location) for over six years. The employees are always very pleasant, and very helpful. I’m pretty hard on my work shoes, but the Red Wings really hold up! If anyone asks me to recommend a good place to buy work shoes, I always send them here!

I was looking to just get in and out of the store, I knew exactly what I needed. Customer service scanned my feet and I wound up buying a couple pair of orthopedic inserts on top of my boot purchase. The service was great and Red Wing boots last longer and are more comfortable than the competition. I really like the King Toe model.

My experience was fast and the staff was very knowledgeable of what I was looking for.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable she showed me the different types of shoes measured my feet and took the time to make sure that I was completely comfortable before I made my purchase. She also suggested a care kit made for the type of materials my shoes were made of and custom inner soles and socks that I purchased

Staff was very informative. They knew their product and answered any question I had. Very efficient, and helpful. All around very good experience.

I had such a great experience here! The store is clean, well lit, the prices are clearly marked and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I needed help buying new boots for my 92 year old dad. Carmelo helped me find the exact right boots and also a pair of slippers for my dad. I went in feeling unsure of whether this was a good idea and left knowing that because of Carmelo's help I had made the right purchase. Sure enough, my dad was pleased and I am thrilled. It's so refreshing to know that in this era of impersonal sales, there is still a place like this where they care and want to make everything right. Those who complain and place one star reviews on websites ought to remember that no one is perfect but it's nice that there's a place where they know your name and they really care. Thank you, Carmelo and staff for helping me help my dad. I am most grateful!

Carmelo is outstanding, I came in the store with a return I didn’t know how to do they weren’t the boots I wanted on top of that they didn’t fit me good and I had got them straight from Minnesota store. So not only did he help figure out that return and offer to ship them for me but he actually found the extremely rare boots I want. Carmelo if you read this Thank you I really appreciate your help and look forward to buying many more Redwing boots.

My first set of steel toe work boots, didn't get the right size the first time, learning curve, they helped me get the fit right. Customer service is top notch!

These folks are amazing, highly recommend the store and the boots. I was gifted a pair of boots from my employer but they were too big, came into the store and they exchanged them for the proper size without any issue. True customer service!
