DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My daughter is 25 and wears a size 3 1/3 but can fit into a woman's 4/5 and dsw had two pairs which made my daughter so happy we had gone to 4 different shoe stores and finally found her shoes

Absolutely love DSW to shop for shoes because the selection is HUGE and if they do not have your size and what you want they will do everything to order it or find that shoe for you. The employees here are always helpful and pleasant. Emma is a GEM!!!

I stopped at this location for an order pickup and ended up doing a little bit of additional shopping. I ordered the shoes after store hours and they were ready promptly the following morning. This location was clean and well-organized with very good merchandizing. Counter staff was very friendly and happy to help. Only small bit of feedback I would give would be to have signage when you walk indicating to head up to the main registers if you have an order pickup, I’m fairly certain there wasn’t any indication of where to go (unless I missed something, it’s easy to get horse-blinders when you’re shopping sometimes, haha) so I just assumed I needed to get in line with everyone else checking out.

My phone and the shipping process is always smooth and right on time! I recently received a birthday gift from them it was a beautiful fleece blanket and a beautiful card hand written to me I appreciate it a lot! Shoes have always and will be my friends. I love their designer shoes, purse etc. Great place to hang with friends. There's always a shoe for everyone. Don't want to walk in and shop... No problem you can shop online choose in store pickup or curbside. If you don't want to go to the store they deliver to your house, it's very simple.

They have a HUGE selection of shoes. My partner and I walked out with a few new pairs. Good place to try on shoes, and the prices aren't bad either.

Store is well organized, great varied selection. Staff friendly & not pushy, they let you browse. Fair prices for good quality footwear. Nice selection of accessories as well.

Discount price designer shoes arranged for you to help yourself to try on, with a clearance section in the back of the store. There's a decent selection, but it's a bit confusing the way boxes are arranged (or not put under the display shoe). Also, it's disappointing when you find "the one" but your size is sold out, because what is out is everything DSW has, no store room.

Store was well stocked, neat and clean. Cashier was very nice.

I found some really cool Crocs for my son and I that I did not see on the Crocs website.

They sent me a coupon i couldn't ignore. Found the boots I was looking for and a pair of sandles.

Shop here all the time. Real friendly staff!. They ask right away if they can assist you. Would recommend their location
