Jeff and his crew did an incredible job painting both the inside and the outside of my house, and were happy to add on additional projects as more came up in my renovation. Jeff communicated clearly about when the crew would be able to get to my job, and followed up with lists of what still needed to be done to make sure we were on the same page. He even helped me decide on some of the colors when I was feeling stumped/overwhelmed. My house looks super sharp now, inside and out. Can't recommend Jeff and The Painter LLC enough!

I highly recommend Jeff. He did exterior painting for us and the results were fantastic. His prices seem very fair, he did meticulous work, and he was so professional. I’m so happy with his work and hope to hire him for other projects in the future!

Jeff and his crew are wonderful. Extremely professional, friendly, and talented. We asked them to paint our entire second floor and 2 story entrance way. This job included painting our dated wooden crown molding and baseboards white. They were also very accommodating with our family and worked to finish the baby's room quickly. Everything looks incredible and Jeff's attention to detail is so refreshing (I always hate being the "bad guy" and asking for touch ups). The team went the extra mile for us and I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Outstanding experience. Very highly recommend. Jeff and his team were spectacular. We have two small children, a dog, and crazy schedules and they went above and beyond to work with our family. They included our kids in the painting, kept our dog company, and diligently cleaned up every day so our family could continue to have space to play safely. The house looks 30 years younger and really feels like a warm home rather than a beige relic of the 90s.

Jeff and his team were courteous, hard-working, and professional. They painted the entire exterior of our house and garage - a challenging project, as our home is a bit funky and required lifts and creativity to get done. Very pleased with the end result. Jeff listened to feedback we had along the way and incorporated it into the job.

I was hesitant to write this review, but this weekend I went to do some touch up painting and realized that the paint in our kitchen area was a unknown color not listed anywhere in documentation or communication with The Painter LLC. We had asked for a detailed list of paints and colors used for our commercial project. Asking for this information after the job was complete lead the the response that its on the invoice. We spend a better part of day trying to find the correct color before having to bring a paint chip the the paint store.

The paint work itself is average or above. The communication with The Painter LLC is difficult in every way. I asked them to have a conversation about this review in hope to avoid posting it, but got no response. They offer "quotes" but then look to add up charges and fees to the final cost. Our paint work was all done by college age painters. They did a good job in all but the communication between them and Jeff the owner left much to be desired. We had a couple issues come up that Jeff offered no resolution to other then large cost increases. After offering our own ideas Jeff just walked away from that part of the job without saying anything to us. They did do some pressure washing in prep for that part that we did not get charged for but that project is unfinished today.

We also requested quotes on some other paint work, but the requests when without response.

I would say if you have a simple project and are ok with the possibility of up-charges and less then professional communication then The Painter LLC could be a good fit for a project.
