Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital

We took my Dog Scoobie here to do an eye surgery called entropian (where the eyelashes fold inward, into his eyes.) And also had him neutered all in the same day. The staff was really supportive and with a lack of better words to discribe everybody, it just felt like they really cared about us and our pet. We had Dr. Abby. And after seeing how Scoobies surgery went, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. The incisions look really good and we can actually see his eyes now. Thank you Dr.Abby and staff! (Photos are directly POST surgery so his eyes are still puffy and irritated.) I will follow up with fully healed photos in the weeks to come.

Called all the local vets and not one had availability or was able to see my pet rat. One of the local vets referred Maple hills, I called them the same day and had an appointment set for the end of the week. The staff were absolutely amazing, we didn't have to wait long before the nurse and doctor were in to see us. The doctor was amazing, very kind and compassionate, he answered all of our questions and gave us all the options. The prices were completely reasonable and affordable and our vet bill had a complete breakdown so we could see exactly how much everything cost. Would absolutely recommend this vet and plan on using this vet for all my current & future pets!

We've had such great experiences at Maple Hills. Dr. Tyler is great - He takes the time to hear our concerns and throroughly explain everything. We've been there for both our dog and exotic (gerbil) and they were great and treated both equally. We also like that they have boarding and doggie daycare on site and that they're extremely easy to schedule with.

Dr Eckman is the best vet I have ever had. I have had many. I drive an hour each way. I have a large rabbit a puppy and an 8 year old dog. His entire staff is kind and caring. I would highly recommend

Maple Hills was able to take me in immediately when my fancy rat's mammary tumor began rupturing and bleeding out. Dr. Eckman was incredible. He was very knowledgeable, empathic, professional and most sincere in his approach of letting me know that euthanasia would be the best and most humane option for her. Even though it was a very sad moment in my life, the whole team at Maple Hills was very supportive and kind. They even lit a candle at the reception desk for saying goodbye. Lehonna gave me her sincerest, heartfelt apologies and asked me if I wanted a hug. I will be back soon with my other rats for checkups and second opinions.

Our dogs both go to maple hills and we are happy with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our puppy goes to day camp and has a great time!!

They got me an appointment very quickly for my sick cat. They were very considerate & offered only the tests that were 100% necessary. She is already on the road to recovery. Thank you!

Dr Tyler is always great with kira. Sara and all the other vet techs are also great with kira. The lady's at the front desk are even great. I can honestly say I have not had any problems with Maple Hills, and I know for a fact this is the best veterinary hospital I have been too.

Maple Hills has been my vet for many years. As a matter of fact, I’ve known one of the vets for almost 40 years. They are dedicated professionals devoted to the well being and health of every patient and their human families. The staff is equally professional, personable, and dedicated. Very nice staff, easy to get an appointment and very knowledgeable and helpful! So glad I found them for the care of my chinchillas!

My son and his Fiancé have many small animals which include Guinea pigs and ferrets. We have struggled with finding a doctor who handles these guys anywhere in the Lehigh Valley. But Last Thursday our less than 2 year old ferret Otis became very sick, he was wry lethargic. We did not think he was going to make it. I had called 7 vets till I found one who would see our Otis and without hesitation we left immediately, we had about a 35 minute drive and they made room for us immediately. That’s when we met Dr. Tyler for the first time and we new right away Otis was in bad shape. He cleared his schedule and operated on Otis immediately. Through his kindness his actions and his heart for our Otis we agreed. He told us he did not have much experience with ferrets but my son who loves his pets said here’s your start he felt very confident that dr Tyler would help Otis. And after surgery we still were not sure Otis was going to make it to the next day. But he assured me he would call first thing in the morning. None of us barely slept but at 8:30 my phone rang and Dr. Tyler said Otis is still here and showing some sass. We all felt relief and were so happy he saved our Otis. Today was one week later and he went in for a follow up and staff were all so excited to see Otis and he hammed it all up showing everyone how well he was feeling. Everyone involved in his care fell in love with him immediately. Dr. Tyler is awesome and we can’t thank him and his staff enough for what they did for us. If you have small exotic pets and need a place to go. Check out Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital they are top notch!!!!

I moved down to this area in 2021, and it has been a struggle finding a good vet for my pets. I am so grateful that Dr. Tyler was recommended by a friend. He is compassionate and takes his time with the patient. The other staff members that I have met so far are awesome. You can tell they are all genuine animal lovers! If you're looking for a vet, I highly recommend Maple Hills.

A couple weeks ago, I brought my hamster in bc he was sick. Unfortunately, he had to be put down because he was too sick to recover, but the staff was very caring and kind through that difficult moment. They explained everything clearly to me and were patient and sympathetic and gave me the time I needed. They even sent me a card afterward to give condolences which I found really touching. Thank you to the staff there; I would trust them with any other future pet I have.

Everyone was caring and concerned about her well-being with post follow up calls as well. I have used Maple Hills since 1994 and have a multidog household.

The staff is friendly and caring and the vets are extremely knowledgeable.

These guys have been wonderful every time I've emailed or called with questions! My two boys (Pancake and Teddy) are my first pair of ferrets that I rescued. I've only ever had rats in the past and both vets I saw have been very thorough with every and any question I've had!

My Ten month old puppy Chandler was in a bad way with an intestinal blockage. There was a possiblity that surgery might be his only option. I was devastated to say the least. I did not have the money to pay for his surgery up front as I found out we needed before surgery would even be considered by the vet I have been going to for a while. I was told he would have to go home and die. Maple Hills Clinic, Michelle and Dr Shoop said they would not let that happen. I took Chandler to them and he was examined, exrays taken and he was given medicine. The Dr. stated he was not in need of surgery.The blockage was clearing and he was already showing signs of improvement before we left the office. I will be forever grateful to Maple Hills and Staff. I told them they have me and Chandler for life. Chandler is the happiest I have ever seen him today. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.❤❤

I recently took my cat here, they were so nice and very welcoming. Even though the issue remains with my cat and her issues are happening from an unknown cause, I would bring any animal back here for assistance. The location was nice and neat, no issues at all. Very clean and friendly place. The staff was very nice, especially the vet who assisted us. The overall prices were not as expensive as I would have imagined. I highly recommend this clinic.
