I love Home Depot. These guys really know how to help. No matter how many times you use the phrase "oh man I cant think of the word. You know the thingy thing", someone, somehow knows what thingy thing your speaking of. Theyre great!!

I purchased my new Pergo flooring at the Hermitage location. Their service was excellent. The product location as stated on the website was spot on making it easy to find. They also rang up the purchase in the flooring department so I didn't have to fumble through the front checkout.

Great prices. Clean store. Friendly knowledgeable staff and willing to help. Clean store and stocked shelves while offering all home goods and services.

Very helpful . I prefer this store even over other home improvement stores.

Our shopping experiences are usually really good. But our last visit a few days ago was very unprofessional and unhappy. We had asked an employee, who was younger, to help us strap the plywood in the bed of the truck. He went out with us and helped us get it in the bed. As he rudely turned and walked away, he informed us that if we strapped it down, it should be fine. "Thank you Captain Obvious!" That's the whole point we asked for help. He was just very ignorant and disrespectful

Always can find what I'm looking for and have a great experience .

We usually shop here when we're looking for appliances or carpeting. We've always had good luck with them.

This home depot is nice, clean, and organized.
An associate asked if I need help and took me right to the product I was looking for which saved me a lot of time. The only registers open were Self checkout, no lines and no waiting. I was in and out quickly.

I want to give a shout out to guys who helped me pick out my new fridge, but I want to give an even bigger shout out to Matt porter the manager, he made it possible for me to purchase my new fridge. Thank you so much Matt for making it happen! You’re so awesome!

I don't really do reviews much but, I do want to say that Ben, in the lumber department, at the Hermitage PA store, was such a great help and helping me find, loading and unloading, pretty much from everything from a to z at the store. If I could get more than five stars to him, I would. Ben should get recognition for his customer service and assistance.

Love this place. Helpful employees always next the checkout registers. Self checkout is a clear winner in my eyes. Hate standing in line when I can breeze through. No issues with returns ever. Online site/app light years ahead of Lowe's.

Also, love the curbside pickup and the pickup lockers as well. Their garden center, plants in particular, leaves a lot to be desired. Lowe's of Hermitage definitely has them there.

Ordered a new front door and full view screen door. Bought it on their web site. It went surprisingly well. They messaged me when it was ready and loaded it into my truck. Will absolutely do this again. Great people at the Hermitage, PA store. Thank you..

Had a fantastic experience over the weekend. The husband and I were having a hard time finding magnets and a hot glue gun for a project and not just 1 associate but a group of associates asked if we needed anything. One of them guided us to the shelves and products we needed. This was so much nicer than being told "Isle 12" and not be assisted to find anything.

Was charged twice for a outdoor light and home depot gave me no problem returning my money to me for the over charge.

Purchased a new mower with the help of a young gentleman who was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Will continue shopping here from now on.
Update: continued quality customer service every time I return.

Bought some Ryobi power tools and a blackout curtain. So far I am VERY satisfied with my purchases. Additionally, the staff were VERY helpful and friendly. The establishment was also very clean, orderly, and the overhead signage was very clear and helpful locating products.
