Josh R. Has got to be the most knowledgeable, kind, and caring human I've ever met working at a store. He was extremely helpful and even showed us around. I love Lowe's! Quality products and awesome employees!

I lost my receipt and am unable to link to that survey, however I don't want the 2 most helpful women I've encountered in a long time to go unrecognized. The team of Jasmine and Tammie in the stain/paint department can't be beat. The deck our family A-frame sorely needed an update and we were at a loss about how to best cover the previous owner's color choice. The two were remarkably patient and helpful as well as knowledgable and competent.
They helped us arrive at the perfect color choice and pointed us to every tool we needed without pressure. We were assured that if 5 gallons wasn't enough (it wasn't) that we could return (we did -twice) and that we would get an exact color match on additional gallons. The additional stain matched perfectly.
Family and neighbors were over yesterday and the deck improvement did not go unnoticed. Thank you again, Tammie & Jasmine for all of your help, I can't tell you how much we appreciate you both!

Just wanted to say thanks to Kelton for helping me out the other day. He saved me a lot of time by helping me locate materials, load the cart and load my truck after we finished! It was very much appreciated!

Bought Cabot exterior oil based semi-solid stain in glacier (white with hint of blue/gray) color to protect and brighten outside porch ceiling. Prepped with exterior siding wash to remove mildew and dirt. Cleaned up nicely. Decided on semi-solid stain so hopefully it doesn't peel and chip.

Codi at Customer Service (Lowe’s Hermitage, Pa) was very helpful, patient and kind during our product complicated return. Merry Christmas Codi

Why - we like the products, store layout, service.

It's clean, organized, open and easy to walk the aisles. Very friendly and helpful employees, especially one I believe named Charles? (Was wearing a Hawaiian Shirt, and long hair). He helped me find an appropriate bin for our new cats food!

He was one of many who tried /offered help.
The cashier was super friendly and was talking about their cat, super relatable.

Lowe’s has come along way in the past couple years. I have not shopped in several years due to the appalling treatment I endured when I was pregnant. During my pregnancy, everyone wanted to point, and tell me where to walk instead of help me find a roll of black tubing. I ended up going to Home Depot who brought it up to the front door and I’ve shopped there ever since they’re bad service, rude treatments and high prices,
However, Home Depot is going downhill with their customer service and raising prices. Home Depot no longer has great sales on clearance which used to be one of their main attractions to the customers in the surrounding area. Lowe’s is becoming much better with customer service and pricing. Home Depot has begun to win back my customer loyalty. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of Lowe’s restrooms.

Bought washer and dryer.
Delivery is scheduled for next week. Hopefully, everything will move smoothly. Weather forecasts for our area is below 0, wind gust of 40 to 50 miles per hour.
But the staff was most helpful.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Tracy in the paint department. He was super helpful, friendly and provided great customer service overall. Will definitely be shopping at this location in the future knowing employees like Tracy work there.

Staff is always very helpful, they have a nice selection for all projects. We bought all brand new kitchen appliances here last year and the sales person was very helpful and friendly. Installers were great (we did have a slight issue with what item was being delivered when but the store immediately corrected it and made it right). We go here for almost 90% of our project needs

Stopped today to purchase a weed trimmer. The nicest Lowes employee name Vince was extremely helpful. Shout out to Vince at the Hermitage location. Unfortunately they were out of the one we decided on. But he told us when they would be restocked and checked on the availability of the item at other local Lowes stores.

I visit this Lowe's store a lot. People are always friendly and helpful. I drive 40 minutes to get the things I need. They always have something to help with all of my projects. Was here on Black Friday as well. Everyone was in the Christmas spirit. They had coffee, cocoa and donuts for the customers. The Santa Claus was great!
