Preston Hyundai of Boardman

This will be the 8th vehicle that I’ve owned in my life and my first Hyundai. In the past, I was partial to owning and driving Mazdas.

I usually dreaded having to purchase a new or used vehicle because the experience was oftentimes very stressful. However, the purchase of my new 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited at Preston Hyundai in Boardman, Ohio was the most smooth, pleasant car buying experience in my entire life!

After my previous Mercedes was involved in a freakish accident, I found myself unexpectedly having to shop for another vehicle impromptu between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays in 2023. After 5 days of research online, I had narrowed my search to a few potential vehicles and trim options prior to my arrival at Preston Hyundai… so I was well prepared to ask my outstanding questions and ready to test drive my preferred vehicle. By so doing, the whole process from test driving the vehicle, reviewing options on the SUV with the Sales Consultant, to signing the final paperwork to purchase it with the Finance Manager, took less than 4 hours!! 😃

ALL the folks at Preston Hyundai involved in my purchase of this vehicle including the General Manager, Brad Cain, the Sales Consultant, Daniel Davis, and the Finance Manager, Jonathan Zyznar, were very cordial, courteous, and helpful! I would definitely recommend working with them and would enjoy purchasing any future Hyundai vehicles from them. They certainly know the meaning of providing “GREAT Customer Service!”

I had a very good experience buying a new car, when I walked on to the lot I was met with a smile by a salesman named Daniel. He took care of me and showed me around. I left the lot with a new car that I love. He went over everything in full detail! Thanks for great service!

I worked with Dan and Mike here and they were hands on and doing the best they could for us. Anytime I'm there I have a great experience. I don't go to any other Hyundai and won't go any other car. It was my first time working with Dan and he went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more thankful. Mike (manager) works hands on to make sure you get the best experience and you can tell it wears off on his employees.

Drove an hour to buy a Kona from them. A very nice man helped us with the car we were interested in and ended up buying it the very same day! He made some small talk to pass the time while waiting, and was overall a joy to talk to. They’re also very honest about the history of their cars, and helped me find a plan regarding my budget. Everyone’s very nice here, and the paperwork didn’t take too much time. Absolutely in love with my car.

I have had nothing but a superior experience since the moment I started working with Preston Hyundai. Starting from Lillian who handled my pre-approval over the phone and was extremely helpful through the entire process. Ashley and Dan then handled everything from there. They both made sure I was explained everything clearly and made sure I understood every step. I drove a 1 hour 45 minutes to buy a car from here and I would do it again for the great customer service I received!

Dave Menges provided a low pressure approach when my wife and I purchased our new vehicle. Ashley Hackett was very courteous and efficient handling the finance portion of our purchase. Both are highly recommended if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

10/10 Experience as usual. I will only get maintenance done on my car at this facility. The staff at the front desk are always so kind and informative regarding the progress of your cars services. While I waited for my car to be finished- I was reminded multiple times of the coffee bar, snacks, tv, etc. which I thought was very nice.

My service was excellent! I was able to sit in a comfortable area while I waited for my car. The gentleman at the desk kept coming and checking on me and offering me snacks. It was an enjoyable experience while I waited. I was in for a technical issue (which they fixed) and was due for a maintenance. The gentleman came out an asked if I wanted that done as well. I knew it was coming due but figured I’d have to make another appointment for a different day since this appointment was later in the day. They were able to do it and saved me having to come in again. I’d def recommend Preston Hyundai!

Christian was my service department representative today and he was great ! His Customer Service was off the charts. Everything was done in a timely manner and Christian answered my questions to my satisfaction. I left the dealership a happy customer.
