Ian at the Hermitage location was fantastic. Greeted me as I walked in and was eager to help me find what I needed no questions asked. His knowledge of something as simple as a phone charger really blew my mind. Great job to him and his leadership.

Staples is a clean, friendly place. Tyger only have one person working at the UPS counter, and I think sometimes she gets slammed with customers, but she's always friendly.

Very friendly staff... Helpful I was only in there for about 5 minutes and had two people ask me if I wanted help. It's nice to see a place that still provides good customer service.

My laptop wouldn't work when I turned it on. A friend said to take it to Staples, that they were reasonably priced and honest. Joe was so nice & able to get my laptop working in 15 minutes. Computers are not my thing but Joe explained so I could understand. I will definitely go back to Staples.

Used their copy center. Abby assisted me the first time, she was very nice! I didn't think it could get any better until Joshua assisted me the next day when I needed my order cut. He was SO helpful and wonderful! He made me feel like providing me assistance was truly his pleasure. He salvaged my expensive invitations! I cannot say enough great things about the excellent customer service experience I had. Thank you Staples for hiring quality employees!

The new person that assisted me was very personable, sweet and helpful. I thought that she was in grade school, but she told me that she's a sophomore in college.😃 Oops.

They were somewhat busy but, I could get someone to help me make copies of various sizes and colors. I'm sorry I don't know the name of the man that helped me. He was very good, and helpful even though it started to get busy again, several other employees stepped in to help several customers. Good job staples, thank you

I bought a Kroy office chair today from the Staples in Hermitage. I noticed that it was less on the Staples corporate website after getting it home. The wonderful employees at my local store gratiously adjusted their price to the website sale price. Thank you!
BTW, love the chair. The lumbar support feels heavenly.

The staff at Staples in Hermitage, PA is the nicest team of employees we've met in a long time! They were incredibly helpful with our recent recycling load, and have been able to send out the most complicated mailings for us! One time, the technician spent twenty minutes taping, padding, and carefully boxing my daughter's guitar to be sent to Athens, GA. They truly are a wonderful group. And the store is immaculate.
