Giant Eagle Supermarket

Got a pickup order of my grandson's favorites, he's visiting. Made shrimp cocktail, prime NY strip with sauteed mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Every bite PERFECTION! Better steak than the area meat markets. Been shopping GE for decades.

The sushi is amazing! Hot foods are really good. The fresh fish and seafood selection is awesome.

I love it my kid loves it it has been our tradition since he has been born. He's going on six years old

Love the customize coupons they now send you in the mail. Always very clean, parking is good. My favorite place to get in and out quickly.

I’ve always liked everything that they have especially their fried chicken, it’s to die for! Definitely better than KFC fried chicken in my opinion.

Delicious homemade dinners and baked goods!

Clean store, big selection of produce and grocery items. Easy and quick checkout. The customer service employees always help me by letting me scan my wic card at their pin pad so I don’t have to hold up other checkout lanes. It helps me prepare to shop. This is a good store.

Love their produce. Great selection of cheese. The meat is fresh and lots of products to choose from.

Clerks were very friendly and helpful.

And don't forget the gas perks!

Pleasantly surprised as this was my first visit. I was looking for frozen puff pastry and reluctant to pay $9.00 for it at another local food store
Purchased it for $5.99 on sale usually $6.99.

Curbside shopping was a real delight. The online shopping option at first seemed a little awkward but as I became more familiar with moving around the menus I was able to find everything I was looking for in a short time. In some ways it was easier than racing around the store trying to locate specific items. I selected my pick up time and arrived a little early. Made the call and in less than 5 minutes I had all of my items brought out to me. They even substituted an item they were out of and gave me the option to accept or reject it. I prepaid so nothing more needed to be done. Overall, I shopped from home in my own convenience and then picked my shopping items up all in a very short period of time. A very nice option for one who is on the go and has a full daily schedule.

Their prices have gotten to high I'm going to shop around for a better place to shop that have better prices all they seam to care about is their profits not the customer

Friendly staff and enormous selection of products.

Well I work here so my review is going to be a tad different. I will say that all the other places I have worked at this is one of the cleanest places. They have implemented strict cleaning policies. They also stress how is is extremely important to keep the quality of food and are willing to do anything to keep the food fresh and clean. I work produce and we are constantly checking every fruit and veggie out there to make sure that it exceeds our own expectations. Our motto is "if you wouldn't buy it then a customer wouldn't buy it either" I agree with this 100%. We make sure someone is always on the sales floor in produce and no one takes a break at the same time as to make sure everyone is taken care of. I hope this insight will help you guys out in making your decision of checking this place out or now!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have a good selection of anything that you would need. They have a great prepared food section including sushi. They also have a very nice wine and beer selection.

I'd love to give a great big thanks to the baker's and cake decorator in the bakery department for the best Sonic birthday cake for my 8 year old Jacob! Thank you so much!

Always fresh and a great variety

I have been shopping at Giant Eagle stores in Lawrence, Mercer and Crawford counties for the better part of the last 40 years. You can count on Giant Eagle to have reliable staff, spotless stores, and the biggest variety of high quality foods. Hermitage is my current favorite location for the sushi station. I also really enjoy the selection of cheeses and meats and Italian specialty foods. The bakery is excellent, the seafood is fresh, and the fruit unblemished.

This giant eagle is always organized and well staffed. Quality of everything is always great.
And with the pandemic this is one of the only stores I feel comfortable with due to them keeping up with sanitization and making it as safe as can be when shopping for things you need.

Nice store and some of the friendliest staff I've ever experienced. Really the people employed here go out of their way to say hi or ask if you need any help. I asked a person stocking the shelves about where to find something. He dropped what he was doing and walked across the store to show me where it was. That's customer service.
