My husband and I had an appointment to discuss purchasing options of a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman, Jorey, met us at the door, and everyone greeted us as we walked in. We were offered beverages before we sat down to conduct business. Customer service is great and we bought a sexy suv- a Nissan Rogue. Thank you sales team! The guy that helped me was Dan! He was a very comforting and happy spirited guy! I’m younger and was putting money down on my very FIRST car. This is our second vehicle we bought from Levi (3rd car from the Boardman dealership). When I reached out to him to inquire about a new Rogue Platinum, he sent me multiple options. When I decided I wanted a certain color, he offered to pick it up from another location.

I had a wonderful experience here. I would highly recommend Dan DeVore as a Salesperson. Very friendly, down to earth, and not pushy! I was not car shopping. My son is autistic and just likes to walk around dealerships. He loves cars. I’ve been researching online for when I felt ready to buy a car. Never considered a Nissan and have never drove one. I was pleasantly surprised by what they had to offer. I fell in love with a new Pathfinder parked right outside the their door. Dan let me sit in it, talk his ear off, explained financing and lease options, let me sit in it for a while longer, because the heated seats were awesome!! Finally after at least an hour I decided I had to test drive it. I secretly think Dan was afraid I wouldn’t ever want to get out because the seats were so comfortable. LOL. That sealed the deal. The process was easy and we ended up being there until almost 10pm. All of the staff was great! We came back the next day to pick her up. I’ve never had a salesperson be so thorough and explain every feature and how it worked. Cochran Nissan in Boardman has earned a customer for life. I am beyond happy with my new Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek edition!!!

I was dreading buying a new car after mine was totaled (someone hit it when it was parked in front of my house). The team was absolutely great. I have never bought a car in such a stress free environment. I didn't feel pressured, they listened to my wants and needs and even sent me a video of the car I was interested in before I arrived.
