This place is exceptional! Our community highly recommended Pocono Pool and Spa for our Hot Tub, and we cannot boast enough about the wonderful service! I really appreciated that Mike responded almost immediately via Google text when I first entered an inquiry! After speaking with him, we were able to secure a great tub. Kristin, was just awesome! I must have called weekly for expected delivery updates, and she was so sweet & kind and extremely helpful. They were prompt to respond. Even with a 1-2 week unexpected vendor delay due to weather, they kept all of us in the loop, and was so impressed with how quickly they were to get the hot tub delivered. Mike personally met up with my husband to review all operational details after we got the electric hookup and tub filled and was so helpful!! Thank you all so much for making our first hot tub purchase such a great experience! We look forward to working with you for all our upcoming hot tub needs!

Kristen was very very helpful and did not push to up-sale us. she listened and gave great feedback as to what we needed for a seasonal rental home. when I decide to get one for my home I will go there again without hestiation.

Purchased a Hotspring tub and so far after a month all is good. Tub is working great and quality is top notch in my opinion and no complaints.

Everything was excellent from sales, delivery, setup and electric. Overall we had an excellent experience from this dealer. The process above was a great experience with friendly and knowledgeable people. We would recommend and hope service and our long term relationship with this dealer has same results if problems arise.

If you are purchasing a hot tub any time soon, then this is the place that you want to go to. We had an issue with our first tub and they came out that day to assess the situation. Mike is the Man!!! I walked in there pretty much knowing nothing about pools and came out ready to get my pool up and running. Mike was extremely informative, he was very patient and answered all my questions happily, thanks Mike !!
