We arranged with Nick to have a very old gas boiler and water heater replaced, and at the same time got other plumbing needs taken care of--a new sump pump and outside water faucet. Communication was great, all employees were courteous and professional, and the equipment installed seems fine, although we’re waiting for the heat to be needed, which should happen soon. The work area was left tidy.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received regarding the installation of our tankless water heater. Nick came out for the estimate and walked through everything, answering all our questions. The crew that did the install was extremely professional, neat, efficient and did a fantastic job. My hot water heater went out early on a Sunday morning. JM Plumbing and Heating quickly came to my rescue. By sending photos of my old tank and communicating via text, we agreed to what I needed as a replacement. Early, Monday morning, I received the estimate and at 2:00, JM Plumbing and Heating was at my door with a new gas hot water heater!
They replaced the old tank and removed it. They cleaned up well and no mess was left behind. I received specific instructions on how to turn everything on and off, if I were to have an emergency again.
I will definitely use them again. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous and they basically worked very quietly. I’m a happy camper.

Used JM to install a combi boiler. Easy advance correspondence over email for project coordination and questions. Team showed up on time, were respectful of property, and cleaned up when they were done. They were accommodating of a couple of special requests/unique circumstances related to our house. We had a great experience with Nick and his team on the repair and maintenance of our furnace and radiators. I called multiple companies that told me they couldn’t come out for a month+ and Nick came by the next day to take a look at our furnace and they started the work the following day. Our furnace is 26+ years old and it required some new parts and a lot of maintenance. The team was extremely detail oriented and never rushed the job. They ended up encountering some additional issues and worked on the problem until it was complete. They were all extremely professional and nice, and they communicated with us every step of the way. JM has remarkably good reviews and this is no accident. Working with them has been one of the most positive service-vendor-related experiences I've had as a homeowner. I submitted a query via their online form and within hours was asked if I could provide photos of the issue areas. The next afternoon a rep from JM was at my home assessing the situation. There was an extremely reasonable estimate in my Inbox by the following afternoon and two days later, JM was at my house getting the work done. They took out an old water heater, put in the new one and fixed a cracked sewage pipe in a little over 2 hours. They were polite, communicative and seemed more than willing to explain what are probably simple plumbing concepts to this non-plumber. They left the work areas cleaner than they were when they arrived. And they were happy to respect my COVID-related requests for masks. Finding a service vendor you can trust is gold. It's good to know that I've got one in JM - we'll be working with them again in the future.
