Stride Rite

We always get a proper fit and long lasting shoes. My 4&6 yo boys wear a lot of shoes out within weeks. We’ve had a lot of success with the Merrel, stride rite, and tsukihoshi brands lasting a long time. These are not cheap brands but find they’re worth it.

Chris was awesome help with outfitting my daughter!! He made my daughter and I very comfortable and worked with us till we found to perfect fitting shoe! It was an absolute pleasure working with Chris of 27 years @ Stride Rite Shoes

Stopping by Stride Rite this morning honestly brightened my day. After months of trying to find the right fit for my narrow-footed 1.5 year old I finally gave in and drove 40 minutes to the KOP Mall Stride Rite. I was hoping for a neutral to good experience, but Christian—who is not just a good salesperson, but a natural people person—made it amazing. He was great at interacting with my daughter, and spent his time making sure we found our best options. I am truly so thankful for his kindness and help, and earnestly recommend stopping by this store.

We had a wonderful experience, courtesy of the sales rep Christian. He sized each of my son's feet and made very trendy suggestions.

It was my baby's first shoes ever to try out. A person who helps us out was great, actually beyond great! But my daughter didn't appreciate it so she was crying after she try the shoes out so have to rush out of the store. I feel so bad, we are definitely coming back after she calms down for bit.

Kathy was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful, with a great personality! I knew my toddler son had out grew his size 8 shoes, but turns out he was in the wrong size for awhile! He’s actually in an 11 now. Putting socks and shoes on him is no longer a struggle! He’s super happy to wear his sneakers all day long now!

Chris is amazing! He helped to measure our babe while she was in her moby wrap, found us our size, put them on her, and let us take them for a stroll around the chairs in the store. He’s really a great sales rep and an awesome brand ambassador for this company! You can see that he enjoys what he does by how he includes the child in the buying experience (even if they are just shy of 6 months old). I’m so grateful to have a store like this to ensure our early walker has the best shoes and the best experience while getting them!

I was not expecting such a personable sales rep (we own a retail store) so to have that experience was super refreshing.

Helpful staff that really know how to work with kids. My daughter is a toddler and fearful around strangers, especially men. Our salesperson was able to break through her reserve and get her to get her feet measured and get her to pick shoes and tell him if they fit properly. They had a great selection for her to pick from and they are displayed at kid height. We have bought here for all her school shoes and never been disappointed.

My go to place when it comes to my son's shoes! Staff is very friendly & helpful! We have been seeing Kathy since our son started walking & she always helps us pick out the best shoes for him!

This place is excellent! Just got my daughter's first pair of shoes at 11 month old. They were extremely helpful/efficient and good with kids. Will def return for more.

Joy Stride Rite in the King of Prussia mall is the best children's shoe store. I have 4 kids and have been a customer for 15 years. Always the best customer service, and they really know what they are doing.

Excellent service. These people always have a positive attitude, are pleasant to the children, and understanding if the kid is having a bit of a hard time. I highly recommend them for any shoe purchases for children.

Excellent place to buy kids shoes hard to find shoes and real classy quality fit shoes for your children none of the run-of-the-mill stuff Plassey stuff how to purchase several shoes and outerwear shoes for my grandkids it's just a wonderful place to shop the people are so pleasant and they know how to fit your child's feet they are very professional and they're not just shoe salesman these people know what is comfortable and I must say I give credit when credit is due this is one of The Last of the Mohicans if you want quality footwear go to the store

The staff here is amazing!!! They go above and beyond. I drove over an hour to get here and they didn’t have the size my son needed and offered to mail them to me so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to PA. I will definitely make the trip back to this store in the future.
