This garage is awesome. Today they were seriously booked but they found a way to squeeze me in and did a great job. Always friendly, and they always explain things clearly. Prices are reasonable. I've taken my car there quite a few times and the service is always excellent.

These guys are great. I went in 5 months ago after a dealership told me I needed several things done that didn't seem quite right to me. After checking with a family member (mechanic) and learning they were just trying to upsell me ... I found Paul and the guys at United. They were honest and told me my car was fine and just. One back for my next oil change.... Which I did... And I'm extremely happy with the brake service I got and the fact that I can trust them. These guys are great and it's where I'll be going from now on.

Shout out to the amazing service I received from United Tire of Ambler! I am new to town and blew out a tire last night on my way home from work. In the morning, I dropped off my car and was able to get my tire replaced the same day for a great price. The staff was flexible, friendly, didn't try to upsell me, and left an amazing first impression. I will definitely be returning next time I have any issues with my vehicle. 10/10

My parents originally recommended Ridge Auto after being customers for years and years. I originally took my car to Ford and was always taken advantage of with outrageous estimates. I brought my car in for an oil change and they prioritized my time and I was in and out. My husbands car has been having some issues and they were able to schedule it for the week of and were able to talk about some pricing and looked up the parts right there and then. We definitely will be using Ridge Auto from now on!

A piece of the plastic undercarriage had come down when I ran over a curb (color me foolish). I took it to United Tire & Service of Ambler asking for them to fix it or take it off, whatever was required. Imagine my surprise when I went in to pick up the car and Chris, the service technician, indicated 'you're good. No charge. I just put some clips on.' OK, now WHEN was the last time you got service for free? I cannot tell you what a great shop this is. I am the lifelong devotee from this interaction. Well done United, very very well done. You guys are stars.

I went here based on the google reviews. My mechanic retired and I needed a place I could trust. The communication from Paul was great. He had my truck F150 for a few days trying to work out the issue my truck had. He kept me in the loop by calling regularly, have my pricing and very transparent. NO Up selling . Fair pricing and honest work. I plan to be a customer for a long time here . So glad I found these guys!

My extended family has brought all of our cars to United Tire & Service of Ambler for over ten years. They always provide excellent customer service, and give an honest assessment of the condition of the car while providing a variety of workable options. Their staff is communicative, responsive, and quick to assist with any emergent issues. We highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend United enough! I was given their name by my parents and several other people in the neighborhood. I’ve used a couple other places in the Montco area and will never go anywhere else! Paul was wonderful and very helpful. All services were explained to me and discussed at length before they were performed and I felt utmost confidence. My car needed quite a bit after sitting a couple months, including three new tires, inspection, emissions, oil change, filters, and a brake flush. I requested the car be done within 5 days, it was done in two. After picking up my car, it runs like new and I know that any and everything has been looked over, repaired if necessary, and that my car is in tip top shape. Thanks, United and I will be recommending to all my friends and neighbors!

*EDIT* I had excellent service again today for another tire patch. I drove over a nail last night and I took my car in this morning. Such friendly customer service and they fixed my tire quickly for me!

I had a very good experience at United Tire. I found a screw in my tire last night. When I called this morning, they were very easy to schedule with. Chris was friendly on the phone and got me all set up in their system. They patched my tire quickly and gave me a call as soon as it was done. From start to finish it was all good! I would definitely recommend going here if you need a tire patch!

These guys are the real deal! Fast turnaround, excellent prices and quality service. Great tires at the best price, good communication. Thanks Chris and Paul.

Also, if you have been using one of those quick oil change places, go to United and save $25!!!

I highly recommend.

I have used this shop for several years and always been very happy with the service and quality of work. Recently I took my 2008 Acura (+200,000 miles) for inspection. They worked with me to find good quality, but less expensive tires due to the age of the car. After the replacement, one tire had a slow leak. They replaced the tire and fixed the leak for free. I highly recommend these guys.

Finally, a shop that is honest and dependable. I’ve been going here for years and they are always honest and friendly and very easy to deal with. My car recently had the check engine light on and they called me and had me come in to look at the issue with my car. One of the mechanics, Sean, spent about 10 minutes showing me the issue and explaining what work needed to be done. In the end he convinced me to not have have extra work done because it really didn’t need it! I have never heard of such a thing! Love this place!

Great service, trustworthy, and professional. Since I moved to the area (about two years now), my wife and I have been taking both of our vehicles here. United Tire & Service of Ambler does a great job every time. I highly recommend their services!

Have taken my car in here for inspection before and for a repair for a horn issue. Trustworthy business with a friendly staff. They charge reasonably and always provide full details on the work done or what they determine might need to be done. Service has always been timely and they have a comfortable waiting area stocked with some light refreshments. Highly recommended.

I originally had a service appointment scheduled for Saturday morning, for an oil/oil filter change and tire install. Thursday morning I heard a weird noise coming from my driver side rear wheel, which I suspected was my wheel spacers installed incorrectly. Not only did they have me come in rigjt away, they only charged me for the tires + labor, and had me out the door in less than 2 hours on short notice. Great place!

After years of using my car's dealer, I chose this center with better results even without telling them what problems my car had. Their suggestions were exactly what I wanted to replace. Very honest staff, great service, highly recommended!

Thank goodness for United Tire of Ambler, Jim D. And associates made repairs to my Nissan Pathfinder so my newly-licensed daughter is safe and secure as she navigates our roadways! Seriously, it was a significant repair, and they did a good job at a good price, communicating throughout. They even provided valet service! Highly recommend!

terrific service on an emergency almost flat tire. Paul was most helpful and accomodating. even tho' it was a Saturday afternoon a few hours before closing, they found me a new tire! I highly recommend United Tire in Ambler, PA.
