East Penn Auto is a great dealer. Best in the Lehigh valley, not an opinion, it’s fact! Bought my Toyota RAV4 from there and Matt took great care of me! Hands down the absolute best! Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a used car from East Penn Auto and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, and the sales process was transparent, and they offered optional warranties up to two years on most of their vehicles. Jacqui was very knowledgeable about the cars I was inquiring about and happily addressed all of my possible concerns without making it feel like I was just a sale to push. There was a sudden issue with the car, but keep in mind the car I purchased is nearly 20 years old. That minor inconvenience was immediately rectified, displaying their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily recommend East Penn Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car.

This is a terrific company! I live in New Jersey and try to avoid used car lots there. Many of them We just bought a 2015 Subaru. The car had an issue that was discovered after the purchase and Matt and his mechanic Rob went above and beyond to resolve the issue in a timely manner. and my son couldn’t be happier with his “new” used car. After fixing the issue, I have a better car than what I expected.

Matt is the most honest car sales/dealer/owner I’ve ever dealt with.

Test drove every Subaru they had. Settled on a nice 2012 Impreza. Sales team is honest and laid back. No high pressure sales so be ready for that.
Choose a car the next day and they resolved any issues i had. Purchased a extended warranty at a great price as well. Don't think i will need it though the car runs and drives great! My first Subaru and I'm excited.

My daughter got a car there . The people were very nice. No pressure and they didn't hang over you. They left us alone while we looked the car over and then came with us for the ride. Answered all questions . Really great people.

Wonderful, small family-owned dealership. I found myself a high-mileage, but solid and well-maintained Subaru Outback there and am happy with my purchase. Dean was kind enough to flush the transmission (as it had a bit of a rough shift) and fixed the A/C for me before picking it up so I appreciate that. They also handled the out-of-state title transfer as I'm in NY and the car was coming in from Jersey but passing through their dealership in PA...I got the title in the mail a few weeks later with no problems whatsoever.
Check this dealer out, the buyer has a keen eye for cars with value; I saw a bunch of other nice rides in the lot including a Subaru Baja and a Toyota MR2.

Great people, laid back, no sales pressure (I know I'm echoing other reviews). Found some minor issues after buying a car and they resolved them no problem! Prices are decent (all car prices everywhere are out of control in this current climate, theirs not so bad). They seem to be the only dealer getting any kind of stock regularly in the area. Will buy from them again.

Found a car I liked on their website. Went there to check it out. Turned out to be nicer than expected. Their sales team did everything to make this deal come together as easy as possible. I had two trades....no problem. Fair price on car, good trade allowance made this "Easy as Pie". No hoopla, No hassle. Financing was Quick and easy. I Love my new (to me) car.

My wife and I purchased a car today from East Penn Auto and this was the best car shopping experience we have ever had. Sam was great we felt comfortable with him from the hand shake he is a down to earth family man not a used car salesmen. We went in with a budget and a car in mind and they got us right where we wanted to be. If you have any doubt about buying from this establishment put them aside they are genuinely good people.

An absolutely great place to do business with! I went to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. Dealing with Austin was a definite pleasure! He was very courteous and professional. At no point did I feel like I was just another customer. He made us feel welcomed and showed he cared about our needs. Unfortunately, an issue came up. But both Austin and Matt bent over backwards to make sure that it was completely resolved. This is a wonderful business to deal with. Not your typical car dealership. No pressure, no gimmicks, just good pre owned cars at good prices. Austin was exceptional through every step of the process. Our family has purchased 4 cars from them over the years and it has always been a very positive experience. I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience at East Penn Auto. They are very understanding and are geared to the customers needs. I was looking for a car on the lot and they were only interested in the car for my needs. They talked with me and were not anyway aggressive into the selling of the car. If you are looking for a serious used car then I would recommend them. It is a 4 star operation. I came a distance and would do it again.

Great place to buy a car! Austin made the process super simple and found me something that works with my budget and lifestyle. Even if you're not technically that close to the area, it's worth the drive for an honest and straightforward dealership that makes sure you want the car you're getting.

We purchased a vehicle from them over the weekend. Sam was very nice and was able to answer all of our questions. We are not from the area, but if we were we would certainly continue to buy our vehicles from East Penn. It's a family-owned business and you can certainly tell by there ability to care for their customers. Sam went above and beyond for us knowing we had a lengthy travel ahead of us. Highly recommend!

After looking for a used truck at some of the major dealerships, ended up buying one here. Really appreciated their simple and straightforward approach. We got a fair price for the truck and our trade without alot of negotiating or games. Would definitely recommend.

Was driving around Bangor looking for a used dodge ram, saw a red 08 sitting in the lot, Sam was very nice and informative the truck had a check engine light so he brought the scanner out to show me the code! Very very professional and helpful and willing to work with you on price, now I have a solid beautiful truck! Would recommend to anyone!
